Ann was a professional, hands on host ready and willing to make sure the home was perfect for us. The house was HUGE and just right for our families starting there for a local lacrosse tournament. The kids loved it and the adults were able to run a smooth operation making meals. Beautiful locale, and so easy to get into the village.

Arrowhead Lodge was the perfect place for our family of 18 to spend four wonderful days in Lake Placid. We enjoyed the hot tub, and our teens made good use of the game room with ping pong and pool table. And there were plenty of beds and baths to keep everyone comfortable. Ann made check-in and check-out easy. Thank you!

The house was beautiful and the hot tub was warm. Definitely could have been cleaned a bit more as we found some left behind items in very common areas. We were also asked to refrain from hanging decorations as this was not a party house but found tape already on the walls. Not, sure how any of this was missed if the house was thoroughly cleaned. Other than that we had a great time.
