Tree Top Hideaway – Pools, Sauna & More!

The lake awaits at the Tree Top Hideaway! Nestled in the trees inside the highly sought after Tree Top Village, this incredibly unique octagon shaped home is ready to make your getaway one to remember. Staying at the Treetop Village gives you access to three pools, including the indoor pool at the aquatic center. The village is in a PRIME location on Horseshoe Bend near the Lodge of Four Seasons, the Bagnell Dam Strip, golfing, and tons of waterfront bars and restaurants!

**The indoor pool is located at the aquatic center. You will need to visit the treetop village office to acquire a key card to the indoor pool. A $20 deposit is required and returned when the passes returned.


Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, a farmhouse table that seats six, and is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals.

Living Room
The living room features a gorgeous wall of windows and sliding glass door that open up to the balcony. There is a flat screen TV, couch and chair. In a separate area of the living room there is a twin sized day bed.

Master Suite
The master suite is located on the main level and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, flat screen TV, dresser and closet. There is a large makeup vanity outside the bathroom. The bathroom features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located on the lower level and features a full sized bed, nightstands and a private attached bathroom with single vanity and stand up shower. This room also features its own private sliding glass door that opens to the lower deck. There is a crib mattress in the closet if needed for a kiddo as well.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is a loft style bedroom that features two twin sized beds. This area also has an attached half bathroom with sink and toilet.

Outside
Outside you will find two large decks. The upper deck features a BBQ grill, sun loungers, and a large wicker patio set with cozy cushions. There is also a bench that wraps around the deck for additional seating.

Neighborhood Description
This home is in a prime location at the Lake of the Ozarks. The Tree Top Village boasts three outdoor pools, one indoor pool with hot tub and sauna and a tennis court. This home is centrally located near Osage Beach, The Bagnell Dam Strip, golf courses, and tons of lakefront bars and restaurant’s including Shady Gators, The Bend, Horny Toads and so much more!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
