Treehouse serenity, access to RB Resort amenities, Dog friendly.

  • Inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with beautiful mountain views backing up to the Apple Valley driving green and full access to Rumbling Bald Resort. Very private end unit high in the treetops to give you the feel of being in a tree house. This space is easily accessible with no stairs into the house. The entire house is on one level. Large panoramic windows bring the outside in and give the home an open living feeling. Cozy fireplace is perfect for cold evenings and easy to burn with Duraflame logs. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs and plenty of serving dishes too. Extras include an air-fryer, electric mixer, blender, toaster, panini maker and a crock pot. Our food pantry includes a multitude of spices and cooking oil. Outdoors there is an electric pellet grill and a chiminea for enjoying on the deck.

    There is plenty of room for a sit-down dining experience at the table with 2 chairs and a bench that overlooks the gorgeous tree views. Also, 4 bar stools for a more casual dining experience.

    The bedrooms include one king bed in the master and 2 twin beds (can be converted to a king size bed if you prefer) in the second room. Extra seating and a tv is included in both, as well as double closets with plenty of hangers. There are two lovely bathrooms so everyone can enjoy their own space.

    In the hallway, you will find a closet that includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

    As the pictures will show you, all the areas of this home are warm and cozy.

    Pool, hot tub, and sauna access are part of the resort amenities.

    As a guest of our secluded mountain property, you will be provided with free access to all the Rumbling Bald Resort amenities. The resort is a convenient 5-minute drive away. Furthering the convenience of this property is a lovely produce shop where veggies, fruits, and specialty homemade jar goods can be purchased based on the honor system. A fresh meat grocery called Vandele Farm is a local treasure. Ingles is just a 15-minute scenic drive.

We loved our stay at the treehouse and enjoyed access to the beautiful Rumbling Bald resort amenities. Comfortable beds and mornings coffee on the porch as the sun rose were extra perks!

This home has prime real estate overlooking a golf course in the middle of the mountains!The property was very clean, comfortable and equipped for anything you may need.The owner went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay and even arranged for us to be able to use the pool/spa facilities nearby.This is a great place to which to retreat yet there is plenty to do and see in surrounding Asheville, Hendersonville…..a great place to get away and relax!

Wedding Weekend

Great, cozy spot about a mile from Rumbling Bald Golf Course and overlooking Apple Valley Golf Course. We stayed here and attended a wedding. Dog friendly with everything you could possibly need for a weekend getaway.

This condo was so clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. And the owner was absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend. Even though it rained the entire time and we only went out once it was most relaxed vaca in a long time.

Absolutely wonderful! Location and property is very convenient for our family’s needs with great views of the golf course underneath a shady canopy of trees. Shawn was very accommodating to our needs and provided us with details of places to visit and things to do. I highly recommend this property and will be staying here again.

Golfing paradise!

This property is in the perfect location to play incredible mountain golf courses! Then at the end of the day escape to the quiet of the woods to relax! We will definitely return!

Property was better than anticipated, area was very nice and clean, lots of amenities is that you wouldn’t normally get with any normal property… That is what sets this one aside from all the others! We’ll definitely come back! Local stores, shops, eating areas were super nice and friendly… Food was exceptional! Definitely highly recommend!!!

Excellent Condo in the Forest with Golf Course View

Just as advertised...even better. Very comfortable and homey. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean, and pet friendly. Great escape for our Christmas family get together. Highly recommend. Can only imagine how lovely it is in the warm season. Thank you!
