The one (1) bedroom is beautifully decorated in soft blues and has its own private deck/balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a 52” flat screen TV. The stack washer & dryer are on this floor as well. The blue colors are carried through to the lower level with lots of lake décor. Access to the lower level can be from inside the home, using the “attic-like” ladder stairs, or from the outside of the house.

There is also a fabulous boathouse rooftop deck which includes a fully furnished screened porch with mini fridge. Two (2) Kayaks & two (2) paddle boards, as well as a floating dock are provided for guests to use and enjoy.

DUE TO THE ONGOING CLEAN UP EFFORTS & DEBRIS REMOVAL AFTER HURRICANE HELENE THERE WILL BE NO ACCESS TO THE LAKE UNTIL THE SPRING OF 2026!
