The front desk staff and other staff memebers were all very helpful. However, they need help from management / the management company to deliver on promises. No remote in our rooms, only two towels in the bathroom, no bathroom mat, dust and chip crumbs on the visible top of the refridgerator, paint drops everywhere, blur painterrs tape still on the walls, shabby furniture etc., and thats not even toughing on the outdated systems that they need to sue to check you in - waiting for 45 minutes just to get ket cards as we had checked in and paid before our check in time. The whole place needs a face lift. Not worth the money.
