"our return flight was canceled and delayed so we did not arrive as expected. the manger would not give us any kind of credit saying we went through a 3rd party( expedia) and there is no refund.. with out going to detail of all the ugly.. expedia please drop them.. was a horrible way to end our trip.. rude rude rude.. if i wa wasnt so tired i would moved the date and had a room for a later date.. but i dnt want to even step close to that hotel or its manager"

"We stayed in the room and snuggled for two days. The hotel was quiet and the staff was outstanding. Breakfast was good. Good coffee was a little hard to find but we went down the street to fred Meyer and bought a ninja coffe maker and some bomb ass coffee,, problem solved. We will be back!!"

"Airport shuttle was slow. We mentioned that the jacuzzi was cold the day we arrived. When we left the next morning at 10, it was still cold. They said they didn't have time to change the filter. Went down for breakfast three times and each time found there were no plates or silverware and coffee carafes were empty. They said they had to wash them by hand and brought them out 4 clean plates at a time and then we had to wait again for the food that had run out. I'm not making this up or...
