The 1849 Loft

This modern, spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom home features a hot tub, three fireplaces, and is located just outside the Lake George Village, comfortably sleeping six.

1849 Loft’s main level features an open-concept living room and kitchen, complete with a kitchen island, a large dining table, and lots of natural light. A full-size bathroom connects to the common areas and features a walk-in glass shower. The primary bedroom comes with a king-size bed, an electric fireplace, and sliding glass doors to the patio. The ensuite bathroom features a double sink and a walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom features a custom-built queen bunk bed with walk-up steps! The lower level of the property offers a bar/game room with a pool table, arcade games, darts, shuffleboard, and another electric fireplace perfect for making memories with family or friends. Also on this level is a washer and dryer. 

Step outside on the large yard with an outdoor patio, where you will find a BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs and a large dining table. Enjoy the beautiful Adirondacks while sitting around the custom-made fire pit with Adirondack chairs, or relax in the secluded hot tub in the Adirondack air! The yard also features a privacy fence.

Just a few minutes from the Lake George Village, the 1849 Loft allows you to be close to Lake George events, a short drive to the lake, and close to the ski slopes. This home is dog-friendly, bring your four-legged friend! Pet fees vary based on the length of stay. Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This must be completed to receive your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in, which is 4 pm. ***

Very sweet place and decor/design nicely done. On a main drag of Lake George, quiet though. Traffic noise not a problem. If you're looking for a more private/remote woodsy locale, this isn't the place. Felt pretty spacious with 3 mini levels of main living area, bedrooms and then game area. Cozy and yet room to spread out. Nice!

Our two teenagers loved the hot tub. In hindsight, we should have made a fire in the stocked fire pit. Next time! The place was great for me, my wife, our tow kids and our dog. The kitchen and living space was more than enough space. The location was great.

Beautiful place to stay

We loved our time at The Loft! It was comfortable, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. It was close to everything but our own little spot, so much better than a hotel! The hot tub and downstairs game area were our favorites Having a washer and dryer on site was also great. No dirty clothes to wash when we got home! 10/10. Would love to come back.

Relaxing getaway

Very impressed with the setup and decor of the rental. Plenty to do without having to leave. 10 year old had plenty to do with the game area to keep herself entertained while the adults relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

Lake George Ladies Weekend

My friends and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend for a girls trip away. The property was perfectly located just outside of the town center with all of the attractions. We didn't realize the building itself is half for visitors and half for the management office, but that made it easy if we had any questions. Although we figured out the trolley system that runs past the property and down to town, the managment representative knew no details. We quickly figured it out ourselves with a Google search. It stops right across the street at the motel there and was $1 each direction. So we were able to be picked up and dropped off right at the property. The pictures posted are accurate; however you don't realize how heavily decorated it is until you're trying not to knock things over when sitting on the loveseat.

Perfect for Families

We stayed at the loft for our annual summer vacation; myself, husband, our 2 girls, and my parents. It was a perfect place for families, keeping everyone all together in the great room, the game room was amazing for the rainy weather we had, and the yard was great for running around. Everything was clean, and well thought out, the welcome gift was such a beautiful touch. The décor was also so very cute. One minor thing - the listing showed a playground, but it is no longer there. We highly recommend, and would come back. :)

Bachelor party!

Had a great time at this property, it was so close to everything in Lake George. The place was clean and very entertaining. We enjoyed using the hot tub, pool table, and dart board. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Awesome apartment!! Great location. Fun game room!

This apartment was perfect for our 2 couples get away weekend. The house had everything we needed. The hot tub and game room were awesome. We didn't even need to go out around town to have fun! There was enough at the house to keep us busy and entertained. The beds were beyond comfortable and the house was spotless with all high end fixtures and decor. The only thing missing (which didn't affect us since we were only there for the weekend) was a washer and dryer. We will definitely be back!!
