This spacious, 3 bedroom, 1 bath "beach-inspired" house is conveniently located in picturesque Lake Luzerne, within 10 miles of Lake George, 15 minutes to Queensbury/Glens Falls and 20 miles to Saratoga.
    Large corner property boasts a firepit, and outdoor grill, and outdoor space for relaxing and / or yard games...Front enclosed screened porch is the perfect spot to relax at night and listen to the loons calling on Lake Luzerne, or watch fireflies, or star gaze. Interior is beach-themed to inspire guests to get that "toes in the sand" relaxing vacation vibe going! The perfect laid-back retreat from which to explore all the outdoor recreation, events, restaurants and amusements/attractions that the Lake George region has to offer.. walkable to Lake Luzerne beaches, restaurants, post office, pharmacy, tennis and basketball courts, Luzerne market and Adirondack Folk School. Guests have use of 2 single kayaks to paddle Lake Luzerne from Pavilion Park kayak/canoe launch area.

Had a great time. The camp was very nice. I was hoping to be right on the water but it wasn’t to far The camp was nice it could use some updating in the bathroom. Other than that it was a great place to stay

The rental was awesome!!. The house is very roomy,3 bedrooms 2 sitting type rooms plus an enclosed porch. Plenty of room to be able to be together or be alone. Well supplied kitchen with a very large kitchen/dining area. Pictures don't really show you how great this rental is. As for communication Diane was available immediately when I needed her. Would love to rent this place again. Thanks for letting us stay at your rental!!

Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay. Place was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen and grill were handy to make meals so we didn't have to eat out. Fire pit was perfect to relax and enjoy.

Adorable cottage with a nice open layout. More than enough room to let our 2 little ones play while not feeling cramped. Very nice setup, clean and super close to the beaches.

Perfect for our needs

Slept 6 comfortably for a few nights ....worked well for our needs ...pet friendly ..quiet neighborhood... Not sure I would want to stay for a week vaca but a weekend was perfect and the location was great.

Last minute family getaway

Home was very accommodating in the perfect location very short and convenient trips to all of Lake George region attractions. Very quiet and peaceful location with pleasant neighbors in area. Home was as described in listing 100 percent, the family had a wonderful time will definitely save this listing for future getaways to the area.

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

Great place to be near Lake Luzerne or Lake George, upper Sacandaga. The rooms are small however the dining, kitchen area and living area are spacious.

Cute and short drive to everything!

We stayed for 7 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Bathroom was snug for 5 of us but we made it work. Wonderful three season porch to enjoy and everything you need to feel at home. Nice neighborhood, we could walk our dog daily and felt safe. We would recommend this cottage to a family.

Lake retreat

We had a great time on our long weekend here. Place is very spacious and clean. Walking distance to both beaches. We enjoyed the outside fire pit and took lots of walks. Close to lake George village so was nice to take a day trip there. Plenty of other local activities as well. Bon’s Ice cream and mini golf would highly recommend.

Great location and perfect for our needs.

We stayed 5 days and it was a great central location for day trips all over the Adirondacks. The property was nothing fancy but we weren’t looking for that since we planned to be out most of the days we were there. The beds were comfy and the house had everything we needed. The owner is excellent with communication and the property was well kept. We would highly recommend this property!

Excellent Experience

The house was way better than we expected! We couldn’t spend as much time there as we would have liked though because my cousins came to Lake George to surprise me for my birthday and no guest are allowed at this house, so that was the only downfall of staying at this house.

Great Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and roomy. Everything we needed was supplied and easy instructions for check in/out. We usually stay in Lake George and we were worried about the location, but the drive into Lake George was easy and about 10 minutes. Plus the location of house was very nice. The only thing that we were not use to was the wall to wall carpeting,even in kitchen. We do like hard wood floors, But the rug was very clean
