Step into a piece of Lake Geneva history. The Lake Shore Legacy is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat where mid-century charm meets modern comfort, sleeping up to max of 8 guests across thoughtfully designed spaces.

The moment you walk in, you'll feel it. Refinished hardwood floors flow through an expansive open-concept living area anchored by two distinct gathering spaces. One features a classic brick fireplace with built-in shelving, the other a stone hearth and oversized picture windows that flood the room with natural light. Mid-century furnishings throughout pay homage to the home's roots while delivering the comfort today's travelers expect.

Then there's the kitchen. We left it exactly the way we found it...and we're not sorry. Vintage red countertops, original floral wallpaper, classic appliances, and a retro breakfast nook with red leather chairs. It's fully functional, completely charming, and the most photographed room in the house. Pure throwback magic.

Four bedrooms accommodate eight guests comfortably. Three rooms feature queen beds, and a fourth offers a twin-over-full bunk perfect for kids or extra guests. Two updated bathrooms include a walk-in shower and a tub/shower combo.

Outside is where summer happens. A spacious paver patio hosts an outdoor dining table for eight, a stone fire pit ringed by Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill ready for cookouts. The expansive backyard is built for cornhole, ladder golf, and lawn games of every kind.

Three dedicated parking spots (two driveway, one garage) round out the practical details.

This is Lake Geneva the way it was meant to be experienced.

House Rules & Booking Requirements
To keep Lake Shore Legacy in great shape for every guest, we ask that you read these before booking:
Max of 8 guests
​​​​​​​Primary booker must be 25 years or older
No pets (we love them, but the property is not pet-friendly)
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (out of respect for our neighbors)
Email address required at booking for guest verification and communication
Guest Rental Agreement must be signed regardless of which platform you book through.
Driveway/Garage parking for up to 3 vehicles
Exterior security cameras present on property
