Wasn’t able to stay left after being there less than an hour. I was informed by front desk staff that the Internet was great, so I can work from the room but it was horrible. Even the staff tested the speed and recanted his comment and started to have some compassion. The next day spoke to the same staff member and now changing his understanding to say “prior guest didn’t have any issues and the WiFi is free and it’s not considered to be used as a refund”. I explain to the staff member, if prior guest didn’t have any issues should mean now that there is an issue, especially if you yourself realize it was slow connection, and it shouldn’t be my fault the WiFi service is not working properly. I was informed to email and file a complaint which I’m still waiting to receive a response to hopefully get a refund. Not a great experience.
