Lakeview Getaway is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation home located on gorgeous Lake Pepin. It is very spacious with an open floor plan with beautiful views of Lake Pepin from almost every window on main floor. See the beautiful sunrises as you enjoy your stay with us. Sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while viewing the beautiful Lake Pepin with the many sitings of Bald Eagles. Lots of room to spread out to relax, indoors and out with family and friends. In the summer, view the sailboats, water skiing, kayaking, fishing boats, barges traveling up and down the river. In the winter you can view the ice surfers, snowmobilers, and ice fishing . Adequately sleeps 16 guests. Rent this beautiful home for your holiday family get togethers. Enjoy your Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc. with your family in our gorgeous and spacious home and make memories. Get together with your golf friends and families and check out all the golf courses in the area. Have a skiing outing and try out the area ski hills. This home is the perfect getaway to explore Minnesota’s absolutely stunning South Shore where you will find great eateries, charming shops, fun family beaches, top rated golf courses, art exhibits, and much more. After a day out exploring beautiful Lake Pepin, make sure to grill out on the large private deck where you can relax and listen to a chorus of different delightful birds or cook in the wide open kitchen equipped with about everything you need.

The house is spacious, very clean, and there are plenty of household items, i.e. pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen items to accommodate a large group. The host left thorough instructions for access to the house, with just a slight mix-up on entry codes...but the host was very quick to respond and help me get it straightened out. I would recommend this rental property to anyone wishing to come stay in Lake City, MN.

The house is very clean with spectacular views and lots of bedrooms to accommodate a large group. The smallish yard and corner lot preventing us from much outside play on the property. However, it is located within walking distance to a park. Our host was easy to communicate with. There was a slight smoke smell in the home, which was disappointing as we have family members with asthma. It took most of 2 days for that smell to dissipate. The listing states no smoking which is something we look for.

Whole family boating vacation

We came to lake city for a family boating vacation. This house is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown lake city and the Marina. The house is very roomy on the inside. The finished garage is a great gathering place. The deck is very secluded for hanging out. The bedrooms are all very spacious with great sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is one of the most stocked with items that I have seen at a vrbo, Thank you for letting us stay at your house.

Lots of room for even 16 of us. Near the lake and downtown. Lovely view. Mayfly hatching at the end of July, made being outside an adventure, but not the owners fault. Any issues we had with the house were quickly accommodated.

Very clean, well maintained, plenty of room. The different areas worked great for our family, the kids hung out in one area and the garage and adults were in the dinning area. Plenty things to see and and do that were close by. Overall a great experience for our family. Hope to come back again soon!

Great Catch

There was a lot of activities to participate in for the whole family in the area. The area is beautiful and the people are wonderful. They welcomed us to their town. My family and I can see another visit in our future. The host was very helpful and thought of everything we needed. What a great find in Minnesota! Part of or group went fishing and hooked a big northern. What a great catch.

The house is very clean! They supply ample plates, utensils and cookware! Bathrooms have plenty of towels. Town is just a short walk and the lake view is absolutely beautiful!

Everything we needed!

We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was very well supplied! Also the TP was quality and plentiful. Overall everything was very clean and organized! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Lots of room and very close to town.

We had a great weekend in Lake City. The house has a lot of space and the bedrooms are very large with many beds. Furniture throughout is well taken care of and comfy. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire table too.

Wonderful place

We were thrilled to stay here. Lots of beds for everyone and many different gathering rooms to spread around. The patio was beautiful with vines filling in the sides and a firepit. We definitely recommend this as a place to stay

Spacious, beautiful home, right at the lake- very convenient for fishing and close to Red Wing. Lake City had quite a bit to offer for entertainment- saw beautiful fire works right off the front deck. Property owners very helpful and pleasant.

Fantastic Home! So comfortable!

You could not ask for more! Although we only had 8 people (it sleeps 16), you can tell the owners want to be sure that it not only sleeps 16 but has enough of everything for 16 - dishes, seating, towels, etc. They even had two coffee makers that were kept busy with the 8 of us! There are two casual living areas - both very comfortable. A great, large deck off the back and another on the front for viewing Lake Pepin. We found absolutely everything in the kitchen we needed! Every room was clean and nicely decorated. If you have a quilting or scrapbooking group, they have a great set-up for that too! Cannot recommend it more highly!

Great property and Host!

The house was clean and well equipped. Plenty of beds for everyone. Very convenient location for our activities. Morning coffee in the front room with great views of the lake. Host was excellent to work with. We look forward to booking this property when we visit in the future.

Family post Christmas gathering

House was perfect for our various family members. Everyone had their own sleeping space and we were impressed with how sound proof the rooms were. Those early to bed were not kept awake by the night owls. House had plenty of space for all of us to be able to eat and play games together. House was accessible for our wheelchair and cane using family members. Hosts responded quickly to questions and were a pleasure to work with!
