"The front desk was very accommodating. There is no coffee pot in the room and breakfast doesn't start until 7am so I missed out due to having to leave to go to work. I chose the hotel based off of the price plus the fact they served breakfast. The staff more than made up for my disappointment in hospitality. "

"The breakfast was not completely self serve. The eggs, sausage, ham, waffles, milk and other items were served behind a counter. Biscuit was hard and dried out. If i was serving myself, would have chosen another, but was awkward. Did not feel free to ask for seconds which are available at mist hotels. Pais total of $167 after tax tor single room. Will not use best western again."

"Good pricing and decent room for the price. However, there was a dead cricket in the bathroom, the coffee pot had a "spent" coffee packet left in it, the A/C probably needed to have the filter cleaned or replaced since it has a slight odor to it, and the caulking around the tub area could use attention. It is the small details that make a decent room at good price go from just decent to outstanding. Breakfast should be served until at least 10 am to allow late risers to get up and get moving....

"The property was nice. It is close to Hwy 10 and there is road construction right there. The elevator wasn’t working correctly so we were moved to a room on the first floor. The room was nice but noisy from doors slamming shut and loud guests. The water in the shower did not have much water pressure. We had a walk in shower but prefer a bathtub. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. We didn’t use the outdoor pool but there were guests using it and it looked ok. Breakfast...

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Everyone of the staff was polite, professional and welcoming. We never walked through the lobby without a friendly greeting. The hair dryer didnt work in our room, I stopped at the desk on our way out for the day. By the time we returned we had a new one installed. The breakfast was great. The nice lady handled the very busy room like a pro. We also utilized the pool and the entire family from 2 rooms had a great time. Thank you to all your staff. Im sure we...

"I absolutely love this hotel. The owners are extremely nice, quiet, it’s always clean and smells so fresh and there’s a covered patio where I can sit and have my beverage of choice with my cigarette."

"We stayed here a few years ago and thought it was great. However, our current stay is not so good. This is a non smoking hotel yet our room reeks of smoke. I told the front desk and she gave me some citrus spray. Now it smells like smoke with orange citrus stink!!!"
