Come visit the Northern Poconos, take in the breathtaking beauty of all four seasons, and enjoy everything Willow’s Place has to offer! In the winter, get cozy with us in the cold weather, and relax and ski at Willow's Place! There's a ski hill in the community, open from late December through March. Go skiing or tubing, and then warm up by the fire at our house. In the spring, summer and fall, enjoy cozy fires at the backyard fire pit, and play mini golf in our backyard! Unwind after a long day with a large family dinner at our extended sunroom dining table. Welcome to the newly renovated, Willow's Place located Northeast Pa's premier, 4 season, recreation community, The Hideout! While a guest of this gold star, gated, amenity-filled community, guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and kiddie pool, outdoor basketball/tennis/volleyball courts, playgrounds, ski slopes, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking trails, recreation center (indoor courts, game room, gym), art museum, woodworking building, mini golf, Club House restaurant and Tiki Bar.

This popular rental has been upgraded and renovated to provide you with the comforts of home while you are away! Plenty of space for more than one family with spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, a beautiful sun room, fire pit and oversized loft and basement game area! If you have a pet that is 20lbs or under, bring them along!! ONE DOG MAXIMUM. PET FEE APPLIES.
This home is about a 5 minute drive to the main beach/pool or a 15 minute walk. The marina and park are just a short walk away!

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. Maximum capacity, as per Township and community rules, is 15. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 7 cars allowed in the driveway. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.***

We stayed at the property as an extended Christmas weekend so that all 15 of us were in one place. The layout worked great, we had ages 1 year to 77 years. Also having 3 levels was great as people seemed to move around the house. Any questions were answered very quickly.

Everything about the stay worked very well. We were comfortable and had a special time. It was a very nice place with many features, kitchen needs, and other necessary amenities provided. Communication with owner/property managers was highly responsive and very helpful. Our only item of note that could be improved is likely beyond the control of the owner and property manager who were just great. However, the attitude and ease of managing getting gate passes for guests and visitors was time-consuming and frustrating for some of our party. Patience is required. All-in-all, everything was managed and we all had a wonderful time. We would stay again when the circumstances put us back in the area.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

The home is lovely, very clean, so much room, very comfortable beds and furniture! The check in was super quick and easy, and the young woman at the desk was very friendly. The community was very quiet and peaceful. The owners have made sure you have everything you need from a coffee bar, grill, fire pit, and endless entertainment for the kids! The mini golf, arcade games and so much more, kept them busy and happy for sure! We loved sitting on the deck for morning coffee and the screened in porch with the long dining table was perfect every evening for dinner. There were 6 adults and 2 children in our group and we had more than enough room for everyone to enjoy. We went to the lake/beach & pool every morning (guest passes included) and used the kayaks, canoes and petal boat every afternoon! The owner was very nice, and answered any questions right away. You can’t go wrong with booking your stay at Willow’s Way!

Fun Times at Willows Place in the Poconos

Even better than advertised. Numerous things to do on the home's property and within the community it sits in. Only one hour from Scranton and countless waterfalls and hiking trails. This place reminded me of home away from home very charming place lots to do game room was a huge hit with all ages. We especially loved the huge family table inside the side porch for meals and family game nights to bring us all together. The fire pit put back accompanied by horseshoes and mini golf was a huge hit as well. Check in was so easy and reaching the homeowners was easy and they always got back in a timely manner I wish I could give them more than 5 stars for that. Very amazing place I must say

Perfect Fall Getaway

The property was perfect for our two families. The children loved all the games and mini golf. We enjoyed every aspect of the house. From fire pit nights, relaxing on the front porch, and family dinners in the sunroom. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A nice stay.

Our host was absolutely fantastic at communicating. Always getting back quickly with any questions. The house was nice and in good shape and in particular we all enjoyed the sun porch's large table to we could all eat together. A nice spot for a big group. Generally liked the hideaway as well. Nice lakes and lots to do. Just wish it was a little easier to walk places.

Great family rental

We had 12 people for a family vacation and had the best time. Multiple living areas with games allowed us to spread out and it never felt cramped. Big front deck, fire pit, and extra large dining table were huge hits. Highly recommend!

Great House!

We had so much fun hanging around the fire, playing mini golf, ping pong, and pool. We walked to the local ponds to fish and we caught pickerel, bass, and yellow perch. We golfed 9 holes on a beautiful golf course in the hideout. And we sat around the fire at night and enjoyed that. The house was more than big enough to sleep 15 of us. One day, my dad grilled 40 burgers and 30 hot dogs on the grill and we all sat around the table to have a feast. Not a lot of places have a table to seat everyone! 10/10 home and I would highly recommend staying here.

Great family weekend getaway!

Fourteen of us gathered to celebrate Grandma’s 70th and had a fabulous time at Willow’s place. It was nothing fancy but slept us all comfortably and we all loved the fun basement, the backyard, and huge dining table on the porch. So many houses we looked at slept 15+ people but had 6-8 seats around their dining table. Not a problem here! The community was great - we fished everyday and everyone caught something. We did have pool passes for everyone (not just six as other reviews mentioned) but didn’t end up using them because it was so cool. Marcy was wonderful to communicate with - and so accommodating. Highly recommend!

best trip ever

This was such a great house for our girls weekend. Check in process with the home owner was so smooth. House felt clean, safe, and you can tell the owner puts great care into her guests. Such good communication. You feel like you are in the middle of the woods. The lake is beautiful! Highly recommend this spot. The only snafoo is that gate check in process was pretty strick so make sure your registration isn't expired!!

Wonderful holiday

We had a lovely stay here with our family for Christmas. It even had a Christmas tree!! It was perfect for hanging out with cousins and we enjoyed dinners around the amazing dining table. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would love to come back in the summer!

A Lovely Place by the lake

There are 11 of us in our extended family ranging from upper 60s to a one year old. Willow's Place was just what we needed. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the house comes with a well stocked kitchen. The game room came in handy on a rainy day. The sunroom/dining room made it easy to have big family dinners. The facilities at "The Hideout" are great. The lake, the pools, the tennis and pickleball courts made it so that everyone could find something to do. We hope to return next year

Family Reunion

We had a family reunion and this was the perfect spot to have everyone together. We grew up going to the Hideout every year as kids and made unforgettable memories, and as adults, it was just as amazing. This house allowed everyone to be comfortable and play games in the side room altogether at night. Thank you to the owners for a fabulous, care-free experience.

Lovely mountain retreat

Nine women friends stayed very comfortably. Would be a great house for families ... great game room and yard games! Received an immediate response to all our text questions which hasn't been my experience with other places. Loved our visit and would definitely come back!
