Located in the best tourist area of Puerto Rico, La Parguera is "Water Front Vibrant Community", part fishing village and part promenade lined up with acclaimed local & international food restaurants, pubs, and cozy local stores. Our place is 3 mins walking distance to "El Poblado" where you can find tour packages for gorgeous keys like Caracol & Mata La Gata or enjoying access to hiking, mountain bike, boating, jet-skiing, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, scuba, paddle boarding & nearby beaches.
Whether you want to spend a short time with us, or have a longer stay for family visits and/or business, we welcome all to join us in the experience of the Guayacan Guest House.

You will not only be thrilled by the price but by the experience you get for passing through. We strive to make your stay a memorable and wonderful experience with a top notch cleaning standard, all your basic needs and 600 gallons water cistern

For you we have a cozy and comfortable apartment with a private patio, that can accomodate up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom with an inverter air conditioner and 2 full beds equipped with mattress cover and memory foam topper, sheets, and pillows. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for 2, a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, microwave, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, dishwashing soap, and paper towels. One full bathroom with all the essential toiletry (towels, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner), water shower heater, a hair blower, and iron/iron board. A recreational area room with one dining set, a sofa, a ceiling fan, and a 32” Smart TV with all your favorite streaming apps. The entire apartment has high speed wifi. For a memorable relaxing time after a long day filled with adventures, the apartment has a private patio with a hammock, a picnic table and a majestic sunset view.

The entire apartment is on the first floor of a private complex next to another apartment with its entrance located in the back of the building. Each apartment has their own private patio. There is a gated spacious shared parking lot for cars and small water vessels. The property has 24-hour camera surveillance for your security. Camping and parties are not allowed. Trained and services dog are welcome with a small fee.

Self checking and assistance is provided by a local host 24/7. I am available to offer help throughout your stay via phone and text message.

Falling Short

This property listing was deceiving and highly disappointing. I did not have a happy sunshine feeling upon entry. This "guesthouse" was very dark and gloomy. The bedroom ceiling fan did not work, and the A/C for cooling this room was weak even on the highest it could be on. I had difficulty getting into the unit as it was not clearly defined which unit to enter. I will say the host was very helpful in identify and directing me to the appropriate unit. I spent 1 night and did not feel safe with the locking system. It was no more than a utility trailer lock. There were no glass windows only screens with metal blinds on the outside including the entry door. If you are a single woman traveling by yourself ...this is not the place for you.

La Parguera has been our favorite so far! The locals were so friendly and helpful and you are close to the Playa Buye which is a wonderful beach.

The property was just right for our needs. Very close to the activities we were participating in. The Pargomar Bakery within easy walking distance was great for both breakfast and lunch!

Not responsive fans ac chairs outside quite time

The fans didn’t work.ac only worked in the bedroom.Only one chair outside.Cameras outside and numerous cars in parking lot and people in the front unit playing music all night as late as 2:30 AM with no response to this from the property owner who clearly should have heard seen from the cameras. I had several inquires no contact phone number late responses to messages. Was told they would bring an extra chair but they never did. I will not stay here again. Located behind a gas station

Beach Bungalow

We needed a place to stay overnight at La Parguera. This listing was perfect for our needs. The bedroom is air conditioned. The space is limited, so it's not for a large family or lots of cooking. Although we didn't use the hammock, it was a nice touch. Nos quedamos aquí para nuestra visita en La Parguera. Era perfecto para lo que necesitamos. Hay aire acondicionador en el dormitorio. El espacio es limitado; no sería cómodo para una familia grande. Afuera había una hamaca.

Easy location

This is a cute place that is very convenient to the town. Easy to walk to local restaurants and activities. It is a close drive to the beach. The owner is very responsive. The hammock is the most comfortable one I found.
