"Returning after several years, it’s clear this hotel has gone downhill. The Executive Lounge breakfast was discontinued long ago, and the silicone sealant in the shower is severely moldy. It’s obvious the housekeeping staff isn't properly trained; that sealant needs to be stripped and replaced. To make matters worse, the AC vents in the elevators from the parking garage are also covered in mold. As a severe allergy sufferer, I strongly advise against staying here."

"這次到台北選擇了內湖區的酒店，距離台北車站比較遠，酒店看得出有點歷史痕跡，但整體酒店房間是很大和整潔的，職員的服務是要讚的，首先酒店有向我詢問到達時間，在我到達前預先開好燈和冷氣，令人一到達就能感到舒適涼快，酒店還提供供電房卡，很貼心。另外，洗手間曾不幸地去不了水，職員也很快找人處理好，所以我對服務是很滿意的！至於早餐，選擇不算多，但大部份都很好吃，幸運的話還有養樂多可以喝！"
