  • Overlooking the sea with spectacular views, Ocean View 4 is one of an exclusive development of only 6 terraced villas which share a swimming pool. Ocean View is set in a quiet location very close to a small sandy beach. The property is just 250 metres from the centre of Luz and its main beach, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. This air-conditioned property is beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The property has a large open plan lounge/dining area with wall-to-wall/floor-to-ceiling patio doors providing breathtaking views of the sea and opening out onto a spacious terrace (with retractable shade) and lawn equipped with outdoor furniture. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with modern appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine and a large Weber Gas BBQ on the kitchen terrace. The property has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). The villa shares a pool and has secure underground parking for 2 cars. See the floor plans included in the photos to get an idea of the layout. The rooms sizes are given in square metres! Free Wifi. For stays over 7 days, a midweek towel change and clean is included.

Das Haus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es hat eine traumhafte Lage eine tolle Größe sowie durch die Tiefgarage mit Zugang zur Wohnung eine tolle Annehmlichkeit, die uns positiv überrascht hat. Die Kommunikation funktioniert automatisiert über die App und einwandfrei. Ein bisschen persönlicher dürfte es für mich sein aber das ist Geschmackssache und sollte nicht von einer Buchung abhalten. Der hochwertige Gasgrill hat leider nicht funktioniert und war auch sehr verdreckt. Dies ist der einzige zu kritisierende Punkt der unseren Urlaub aber in keinster Weise beeinträchtigt hat. Fazit: Grossartig

Just back from a brilliant ten days here, amazing views, property is very well equipped with everything you need, and has a great communal pool (that we had to ourselves most of the time) property is only a 5 min walk to restaurants shops etc, I will definitely book again when in luz

Breathtaking

Amazing view of the ocean. Huge villa with everything you need, the underground parking is such a treat. Less than 10mins walk from the beach, but in a quiet spot. The pictures really don't make it justice, it is simply wonderful

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage,ruhig und dennoch fußläufig zu Restaurants und Supermarkt. Der Meerblick ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Auch der Stellplatz fürs Auto in der Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Haus ist praktisch. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Jane war sehr gut, sie war sehr bemüht bei unserer Ankunft und während des gesamten Aufenthaltes. Negativ erwähnen muss ich leider, dass die Vermietern sich zu keiner Zeit auf Nachrichten über das Fewo Portal gemeldet hat. Fragen zur Unterkunft wurden nicht beantwortet. Deshalb war der Start in den Urlaub für mich etwas unentspannt.Im Haus sind auch keinerlei Informationen zu finden,z.B. zu Müllentsorgung. Uns war auch nicht bekannt, dass jemand während unseres Aufenthaltes zur Reinigung kommt. Deshalb kann ich leider nur 4 * geben, obwohl die Unterkunft wirklich super ist.

Great Villa

Our stay was more than we expected. The location was great, clean and Jane was awesome. She reached out to us while we were traveling and stopped by to make sure everything was good. Check in was easy. We cannot say enough about our stay. We look forward to going back.

Luz 2024

The view from this villa was absolutely stunning. The villa itself was spotless, beds were comfortable and the main living area was spacious. Villa was also within walking distance of several restaurants, supermarket and public sandy beach. Property Manager was responsive to any questions and very pleasant. If we were to return to Portugal I would stay here again!

More than we anticipated

We booked this property sometime in advance of our stay. By the time we arrived, it had been renovated to an even higher standard than when we booked. Located on the water with a magnificent view of the sea you will be lured to sleep by the sound of the surf, cook in a well equipped ultra modern kitchen (or walk to any of a dozen restaurants). An ideal vacation experience!

Lovely villa in a quiet location

Villa was beautiful spacious. To come down in the morning and see those amazing views was just breathtaking. Location was amazing . A downside to us: The BBQ is a gas BBQ and used by the previous tenant as an ashtray with more than 50 cigarette butts still in it

High quality property in perfect location. The house is large and finished to a very high standard, with top end equipment fitted to kitchen and bathrooms. It overlooks the sea and is a short level stroll into the village. The pictures shown are very poor, and really don't do the place justice.

Beautiful View and Quiet Stay

Our family was looking for a quiet place to enjoy being by the ocean and this house was a wonderful fit. Hearing the waves at night was a dream come true. The town of Luz was optimal for us as well as it had just enough of everything to keep us fed and entertained. The walk to the two nearby grocery stores is pleasant. The walk to the beach is easy with towels and beach supplies in tow. We want to come back.

Exceeded expectations! Spectacular!

We loved everything about this property. The view is incredible and the way the house it's set back from and above the road makes it very private. The house is spacious, nicely furnished, and very well equipped. Underground garage was very convenient. The town and beach are a short and pleasant walk away, and we really loved the vibe there. Plenty of restaurants and shops, but never so busy that you couldn't get a seat. The beach was gorgeous and wide, with plenty of umbrellas and lounges to rent. Water was definitely cold, but very clear and refreshing. We enjoyed every minute at this property and hope to be back some day!

Traumurlaub in einer Traumunterkunft

wir hatten hier einen traumhaften Urlaub! und das obwohl wir in der ersten von zwei Wochen viel Regen hatten. aufgrund des atemberaubenden Meerblickes und dem Geräusch der Wellen kann man die Zeit nämlich trotzdem genießen. Das Haus überzeugte uns in allen Bereichen: Lage, Ausstattung, Ambiente und Service. Jane ist eine fabelhafte und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. wenn wir überhaupt irgendetwas vermisst haben, dann den Staubsauger für die vielen Brösel unserer beiden kleinen Mädls. aber der vorhandene Handbesen hat uns gute Dienste geleistet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Danke, das wir hier sein durften.

Fantastic property!

We spent 4 days at the property and it was amazing! The best part of it in my opinion is the view onto the ocean and nearby cliffs. Really a great spot to sit out while taking in the view. It’s absolutely gorgeous! The villa is modern and seems to have been completely renovated. It’s a quiet area but you can walk to the restaurants and bars in a few minutes. The beach is not much further. Lagos is maybe a 10min drive as well if you want something more. We found this to be a perfect location. The underground parking is a bonus if you have a car. It’s tight but easily doable. There is a small pool, but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Looks like it would be a nice spot to take a dip if the weather was warmer. Overall we loved this place and would definitely return. Thank you!
