Villa was exactly as advertised. It's in a very quiet area and not a tourist area. The villa is very clean and very well equipped. Parking is on the street so you may not get right next to the villa but not a problem finding a spot close by.

Die Umgebung und Lage ist ok. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auch in der Nähe . Wie konnten unsere 2 Wochen Urlaub gut mit Aktivitäten füllen und genießen.

Pristine, stylish villa with stellar view

My husband and I stayed at Villa Terra for a week while celebrating our 35th anniversary and we were so pleased with our choice and everything provided by Maria and Filipa. It was spacious with very comfortable beds and furniture. We loved the interior design. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed and the best part is the spacious and comfortable deck with the view of the church with the ocean as a back drop. Parking was easy to find and the villa is centrally located making it the perfect starting point for every adventure you want to take on. We highly recommend staying here.

Great location & amazing ocean views

Great location in the hamlet of Lagoa. The villa was spotless and well-appointed. Two large bedrooms upstairs, one full bath up and the other downstairs. Great shower! Stunning views off the terrace. A small market and coffee shop are around the corner. Our only hiccup was the neighbor's complained the first night, saying we were noisy and left cigarette butts in the garden. Well, we don't smoke and are considerate of others. (Probably the neighbors don't like having a VRBO next door is all we can figure). The hamlet is densely populated and yet extremely quiet. Would definitely recommend to a quiet friend.

Nice property

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a pretty view. We would have preferred a neighborhood with a coffee shop or store within walking distance. We were also bothered by barking dogs.

Just Perfect

Felt like we were really a part of the nice neighborhood. Charming church bells an incredible deck and a very nice kitchen were the highlights of the property. Very clean. The most comfortable bed of our trip. Be sure to stroll through the gardens at the Convent, and walk down to view the sea from the church. We liked it as you could access all of the island easily, but at a quieter pace than had we been in Ponta Delgada. Very nice - thank you.

Beautiful accommodation.

Villa Terra was clean and spacious and very quite. The view from the upper deck overlooking the ocean was beautiful. The kitchen is well appointed with all we needed.

Secret Haven

This was an amazing rental! There was so much space, 2 bathrooms, 2 patio areas, 2 bedrooms. I loved the artwork. We didn't even use all the space, spent most of our time on the chaise lounge or the upper patio with ocean views. It's a very quiet neighborhood which we liked, but not much closely for food. Ponta Delgada is about 15 min away and so is getting to the north of the island. It was the perfect spot for exploring Furnas, and the East and North ends of the island.

Schöne,große,saubere Ferienwohnung bei Ponta Delgada

Super Terrasse, neue Hochwertige Ausstattung, toller Blick. Der Ort ist 10 Minuten (Auto (erforderlich)) von der City Ponta Delgada entfernt. Den Rest der Insel ist max.50 entfernt schöne Tagesausflüge.Im Ort Lagoa gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants ein Supermarkt2 Km entfernt, ein Tante Emma Laden 80 meter weit weg. Wer nicht den Trubel sucht ist hier gut zuhause. Auch für 2 Paare geeignet. 2 Bäder,2 Schlafzimmer.Gutes WiFi. Nicht der günstigste ist aber das Geld wert.

Wonderful home in quiet neighborhood

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Lagoa. The house was clean, with beautiful views, and a wonderful large deck we took full advantage of. A short drive to Ponta Delgada and an easy neighborhood to walk around in. We had dinner at El Capitan (highly recommend), walked to the local markets for breakfast food + wine, and enjoyed the swimming area. Would definitely stay here again!

A big gem !

The property is very well designed - spacious,bright and well equipped .Its a perfect place to make a home for a self catering holiday. The views from the first floor are wonderful.
