16 Centeanes Fabulous Location Just Short Walk to the Beach

Ideally situated close to Centeanes beach and Rocha brava this villa is perfect for clients who do not wish to rely on a car. Several restaurants, the beach, bars and small supermarkets can be reached by foot. The villa offers 3 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third twin beds. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space. The house has electric shutters throughout.

The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.

The open plan lounge and dining area is spacious and light and has patio doors which lead to a covered exterior lounge area, the garden and pool. There is a fully fitted kitchen with door to the BBQ and external dining area. Surrounding the house is an attractive mature garden with palms, grass area for kids to play and fruit trees. The house is fully gated and there is space for several cars on the private driveway.

Overall, this is a great family villa in a fabulous location.

Lovely stay in this fabulous house

Lovely house, very clean and had everything we needed. Close to beach and many restaurants and has a wonderful pool. The outside furniture and some of the beds/mattresses could do with an update but couldn't fault anything else!

Lovely villa, excellent location.

Excellent location, quiet and secluded feel, but short walk to bars, restaurants, shops and beach. 10 minute drive to local town that has everything you need. Inside villa is very clean and tidy with plenty of room for six adults. Patio furniture and BBQ area could be better, but these were minor niggles. Would recommend.

Excellent

Excellent villa very very spacious and totally private in a quiet area just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach with a good beach bar. Good local bar and restaurants a few minutes walk and an easy walk into the main town. A few minutes and you are on a spectacular coastal walking path. A great family holiday. Our only criticism would be the beds whilst not detracting from the overall experience were a little uncomfortable.

Super nice house with pool!

We loved our stay a lot, staff is always friendly and helpful, cleaners came weekly and did a great job… great pool, nice area, walking distance to a beach! Perfekt for adults with or without kids, 3 bedrooms with a bathroom/toilet each and a guest toilet … great outdoor bbq and nice roof top terrace with seaview! We loved it!

Lovely house in safe area

House was a bit cold when we got in by warmed up nicely later. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Do need a car to get around. Close to some nice hikes.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful home, great location. Walking to restaurants and stores. Beautiful beaches nearby. Fully equipped kitchen. Absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Would highly recommend.

Great place

Overall the stay was excellent. The house is exactly as stated in the ad, it has all the necessary amenities for a good family holidays. Communication with the accommodation management was excellent, always available to help and answer questions. The level of cleanliness is also excellent, not only of the house itself but also of the towels. If there is availability we will book again in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous villa with everything we needed and more. So much space and the pool was perfect! Excellent location, quiet but near to shops, restaurants and the beach and an easy taxi ride into Carvoiro. Would 100% recommend and would love to return.

Alluring Algarve.

Beautiful spotlessly clean, well equipped and well maintained villa with charming grounds. Short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and beach; longer walk (hilly) or short drive to the charming small town of Carvoeiro. Spectacular cliff trails nearby for the adventurous.

Perfect Portugal

This house is in the perfect location. Nice community, very close to the cliffs, 7 minutes to the beach, 30 minute stroll to town. Easy lifestyle. The house is nicely equipped. The property group was spot on, Anna the maid is a delight. Carvoeiro is a little gem. Great restaurants. Coastline is spectacular. Minor complaint: no pantry items other than s&p.

Great villa for family holiday

Top marks for the villa in all ways. Very comfortable, clean, well-equipped and great location. An electrical repair was needed whilst we were there and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We all had a very enjoyable holiday here.

Relaxing week

Lovely villa overall. A few small things to sort out with regards maintenance due to non use because of COVID but nothing that impacted our holiday significantly. Quiet area near to a handful of restaurants and not too far from the beach. Would recommend if you are after a relaxing , quiet break. Response to communications was prompt from agency.

What a wonderful stay here in this modern villa. Couple of bathroom issues that were rectified immediately by Agents. We booked an extra night we enjoyed it so much with the beach, town and restaurants nearby - could walk to them all
