"We stayed one week in one of the wagons, and enjoyed it very much. Our wagon was intimate, but very unique. It is a truly beautiful and cozy place, something out of the ordinary. As long as you understand that this is not your mainstream resort, you’ll have a good time. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the pool is super. The breakfast was great, and we used the outdoor kitchen a few times. It’s a bit rugged, but nice. It is very useful to have a car to get around. "

"The property’s location was convenient, just a short walk from the shopping street and close to the beach. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a wood paneled room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions as a seasoned traveler. I felt very safe there and would definitely recommend it."

"Great communication prior to arrival. Easy check-in and check out. Approx 10-15 min walk to Eagle Beach. Beach towels and chairs are a plus... Right behind Super Foods which is a great place to get a cheap breakfast on the Island (at Jacks). Very quiet and has everything you need to enjoy Aruba. Recommend getting a rental car..."

"Amazing property, everything in walkable distance do not need a car, the beach is a 10 minute walk so is shopping and restaurants. Clean beautiful house, very well kept beautiful floor plan amazing landscaping, would definitely go back some day. poor communication maybe due to the holidays."

"My wife and I have always stayed at a timeshare exchange unit when visiting Aruba. This time, however, we decided to arrive a day early. For the first time we would need to find an alternate accommodation for one night only. So I looked at some of the less expensive options on Hotels.com and based on price and excellent reviews we chose A1 Apartments. We were not disappointed. "Amir was a wonderful host, and was very helpful when we were in Aruba. The location of the apartment was great, and it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. I would highly recommend renting a car, however, as Aruba is not the most walkable island. It was great to be close to restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores. "The property is wonderful. My apartment was perfect. It had everything I needed/wanted. Gaston went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, including picking me up at the airport himself! Thank you, it was greatly appreciated! I would recommend renting a car if staying here. You can hire a taxi, or walk, but the heat and humidity makes me miserable. The cost of hiring a taxi will add up quickly. I hadn't planned on renting a car, but I know myself, and I like to explore where I travel. I...
