"I didn't have a coffee pot in the room for morningcoffee, the shower soap dispenser was empty so I used the shampoo for soap and there was no shower cap in the room. Otherwise everything was nice. The bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet "

"We stayed just one night during our trip from Orange County to Walnut Creek for a basketball tournament at Saint Mary’s in Moraga, and everything was excellent. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and the housekeeping team was just as friendly and helpful. Great service all around—I definitely recommend staying here!"

"2nd time at the Kissel. Overall the hotel is nice and clean. A smaller 7 floor hotel which I like with a restaurant in the lobby that has limited hours. The rooms are nice and clean and well appointed. One of the recommendations I have for the Kissel is the staff are not as pleasant as one expect from the Hyatt.
