On top of that, housekeeping was incredibly lazy—they refused to bring us extra towels, forcing me to go down to the front desk myself on my second night. "The Ladies at the front desk are so awesome, friendly and helpful. The lady running the breakfast was very nice, however , a lot of the prepared food was overcooked and burnt. The hotel is not well maintained. The elevator doors are greasy looking, the hallway carpets are filthy and the walls all over are dirty. They had a generous spread for breakfast, too bad so much was burnt."

"The room was very clean. A simple continental breakfast (yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, etc) was included. My pet was welcomed and the area around the hotel was safe for walking him. I was in town during a busy weekend and parking was a little bit limited, but not impossible. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again."

"A van blocked the front entrance when I arrived. I mentioned it to the front desk person who responded, "I. know." That was exemplary of every interaction I had with her. There was an employee smoking at the entrance every time I went in and out. Nice cloud to walk through and the van was there when I left to have dinner much later. Breakfast was sparse. "The hotel was very well maintained. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Some of this fitness equipment did not seem to work and the whirlpool was out of order which was a bummer but I hope the next time I stop by they’ll be available! Staff was very helpful and nice as well."
