  • This patio villa has been extensively renovated for your comfort! New luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, with new tile in the bathrooms. New vanities in both baths, as well as new lighting and mirrors. New tiled shower in the master bath. New quartz countertops in the kitchen. New 2” faux wood blinds throughout. New recessed lighting in the kitchen. New ceiling fans throughout. It’s beautiful, clean and modern! Almost forgot to mention the 65” smart TV in the living room that is mounted on the wall above the electric fireplace! Ambiance!

    Master bedroom suite features a king-sized bed and bathroom with walk-in shower and linen closet. Walk-in closet. Wall-mounted 32” tv.

    Second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and roomy closet, along with a 32” wall mounted tv.

    Hall bath has a shower/tub combo.

    Front enclosed patio has two cushy chairs and table.

    Side patio has a bar height table and four comfortable swivel stools.

    Two solar tubes enhance the abundance of natural light flowing into our home.

    Garage fits one car and one golf cart. Gas golf cart included for your convenience.

House was clean and well appointed. Golf cart was a perfect addition-we were able to get around the whole time in the golf cart. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

Awesome location between two great town squares! Nice home with golf cart included! Could not have ask for better host! I would have to say the bed in the master bedroom was the best I have slept on. It was so comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

The home is exactly as advertised. Everything worked well and was very comfortable and accommodating. The master shower was a real bonus.

A Delightful and Comfortable Stay in The Villages!What a wonderful home! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home was so thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need — pots, pans, a coffee maker, ice trays, and even a cooler. It was clear that every detail had been considered to make guests feel right at home.The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It's always reassuring to know someone is just a message away if you need anything.The home was also beautifully quiet, making it the perfect retreat to relax and recharge. We truly felt we had everything we needed and never wanted for a thing.We highly recommend this sweet home to anyone visiting The Villages. We would absolutely stay here again!
