We had a great stay and would come back again!! The condo is a perfect size for a small family. The beds are comfortable, it’s great to have 2 bathrooms and the living space was perfect as well. Loved the location, so close to Weirs Beach attractions! Thanks for a memorable trip!

Comfortable beds, good showers and very clean. Not noise proof but it wasn't a problem. A little surprised that we had to take out the trash and wash the dishes. Overall a good place for a night.

Great location, great value

Great spot, close to the beach, but not too close. Stayed off season to attend an event at funspot arcade. Price was great. Rooms were good size and everything was clean and tastefully decorated. Wi-Fi worked great. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks

Getaway with the kids

Took my two daughters for a quick getaway leading up to New Year's Eve. The 12 year old was happy to go outlet shopping, the 9 year old was happy to play games and mini golf at FunSpot, and I was happy to get Mexican food. It was cold weather when we went, but it would be a perfect location to stay during the summer since it is so close to the beach.The accommodations were spacious, tastefully decorated, and clean.The one opportunity for improvement would be the kitchen supplies. Basic pots and pans were supplied, along with salt and sugar, but we were missing matching lids for the pots we used, and had to go out to purchase a lot of extra pantry items like cooking oil/butter, spices, eggs, condiments, paper towels, tissues, trash bags, ice, canned goods, dry goods, etc. I knew I'd at least need to purchase meats, produce, dairy, etc., but I wish I had brought along some of these basic items from home instead of having to purchase more items that I already owned.But there were plenty of complimentary snacks and drinks provided, and my kids likely ate most of them, so it was probably a wash in the end.We would happily return.

In town For A Show

Condo was in a great location right off the main drag 2 minutes from concert venue. Only in town for 1 night but the place was clean and well appointed, everything we needed at hand. Great place to stay when in the area.

Thank you for the stay, nice and clean and very close to the concert. Had troubles with the passcode but Britine was very responsive and replied immediately with the new code. It was great having the snacks and water in the morning. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and used our condo as a launching pad for our daily excursions. The unit was a bit run-down, but comfortable and spacious. The pool area had several umbrella tables to sit and relax at the end of the day. Saw a show at the nearby Bank of NH Pavillion and had a GREAT get-away with friends!!

As a host of a short term rental myself, I take great pride in my property. This place is NOT as advertised. First off, I was given THREE wrong addresses and a wrong lock box code which was super annoying at 11:00 at night. Also, it does not sleep 6 people as there was no aero bed and no extra linens or blanket for when someone had to sleep on the couch (which was covered in crumbs and stains) due to the missing aero bed. The place was filthy, and I mean FILTHY and had an overwhelming mildew odor. Counter tops and stove top were covered in dried food and crumbs and the coffee pot had a brown film inside. When stripping the bed, blood was noted on the mattress. It’s confusing to me why a cleaning fee was charged as cleanliness is clearly not a priority I could go on but you get the point.

Lovely, Clean Condo!

My family stayed here to attend a wedding in Meredith. We had a fantastic stay! The condo was very clean, with lots of thoughtful amenities like snacks available, soaps and shampoos, and postcards that they will mail for you. Walkable to Weirs Beach and a short (5 minute) drive to Meredith made it a great location - plus parking right in front! The host was responsive and went above and beyond ot help us out when we asked to add an extra night to our original booking. Highly recommend!
