"The new hotel"

"We liked that it is nice and quiet and they let us do an early check-in. What we didn’t like was that the electrical room was right beside our room and when we were in the hall, there was a bad smell that smelled like a dead rat."

"The air conditioning did not work and it was 95 degrees in the villa that we stayed in. The villa was no more than a motel room. The property was old and worn out and run down. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. It was entirely overpriced even if it was the 4th of July weekend."

"Carpet was damp. The water didn’t get very hot for the jetted tub or the shower. Water pressure absolutely sucked and barely had enough pressure to shower. The chairs on the balcony were cheap plastic chairs that felt like they were going to break when I sat in it. They left a full ashtray on the balcony from the previous stay. TV had very poor blurred picture. It wasn’t worth what I paid for the night."

"Rooms weren't as clean as I would hope. Beds need to be replaced. They are awful! Pool was nice and we enjoyed that. Staff was friendly. Decent for the price but won't stay again because of the terrible beds."

"We could not get any internet service at the hotel for some reason, the breakfast was just okay. Really enjoyed that they put someone with children on the third floor and from 5:30am to well after 11p.m all we heard was constant stomping and sounded like they were moving furniture across their room , loud enough to vibrate our bed for our entire stay. Brought it to the attention of the front desk but she could give less than a crap , I think I pissed her off because I bothered her. Also,There...

"The room was clean but you could smell the room before you even opened the door. Wasn't sure if it was cleanser or air freshener or what but it was overwhelming and hard to relax. Also the room was so small you could barely walk around the beds to get to the sink (which was oddly far away from the bathroom) or the bathroom itself. Was not a welcoming environment in the room at all. The river in back was nice but the property itself is right off a main road with railroad tracks you have to cross...

"The mini houses are uniquely decorated and very clean and comfortable. The host is wonderful and went out of her way to communicate with us the check in process."
