10 ACRE WATERFRONT GETAWAY!!


Come and escape to this unique four-season getaway. This property features 6 acres of rolling green lawns accented with large trees, an orchard, and 300' of the beautiful Pinawa Channel shoreline. The 2700+ sq ft cabin has a large sunroom with scenic views of the grounds and channel, 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full laundry with no water restrictions and enough room for 18 to eat, sleep, play and relax.

As you approach the property you start to understand how connected with nature it truly is. From the amazing shoreline to the orchard around the original farmhouse, this is truly a nature lovers paradise.

Upon entering the cabin, you are greeted by a massive mudroom. This is a great launch pad for all of those outdoor activities and adventures. After the mudroom you will find a large kitchen with beautiful, vaulted wood ceilings for that rustic, but not too rustic feeling. Off of the kitchen the main floor also boasts 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and laundry. The log walls / ceiling in the main rooms are accented by an amazing classic fireplace for a warm and cozy atmosphere. Once you exit the sitting room to the front veranda you really get to see this amazing property with great views of the grounds and waterfront. The basement is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have waterfront view, a rec room, full bathroom, and entry / exit to the yard/patio and channel.

A fabulous five day/night getaway with kids and grandkids! Everything was perfect. The cottage is beautiful, and very clean with lots of comfortable beds for a family of 17. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the toboggan hill! Evan is an excellent host who responds quickly to inquiries.

Our family had a great time! A welcome basket and card was a friendly personal touch and the cabin was clean and well kept. Stocked with tons of clean bedding, towels for the whole fam. Fully stocked kitchen with more than enough supplies and appliances for us all to cook up tons of food! The hot tub was a huge hit and the ice fishing was fun too! They've done a great job of balancing the feeling of a commercial rental and the feeling of being in someone's personal cabin getaway! Would definitely stay again should funds and time allow!

Beautiful place! Cabin was spacious, clean with alot of comfortable seating areas. The kitchen was also great to work in. Comfortably beds and a beautiful view! The host was great in communicating everything we needed to know! We will definitely be going back!

Wonderful place, was in awe from the moment I walked in until I left 5 days later after sharing a fun-filled 50th birthday gathering with 14 of my closest friends. Beautiful setup with many places to hang out and sleep, or entertain in the hot tub and multiple bonfire pits, or chilling out down at the dock in the afternoon sun and going for dips in the water. Everyone had a great time, was easy to get to, secluded, and very good communication with the host/owner.

Family fun on the Pinawa Channel.

Gorgeous property with beautiful grounds and a lovely view of the Pinawa Channel.Very clean, well-equipped, and very spacious for a large gathering.Close to Lac du Bonnet, golf courses with a lovely lower area and a large hot tub.The host replied promptly to all questions and was both friendly and readily available.We will definitely plan a return trip.

Simply perfect

Great area, great amenities, super host. Evan was amazing with updating us around ongoing wildfires and everything we needed for our stay. We had a power issue come up late into the night which he promptly came and dealt with no problem. Cabin has everything you need and more. The yard is spacious and perfect for summer yard games. Hot tub is the cherry on top. Would recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking.

PERFECT Manitoba getaway for large groups

we were looking to celebrate my fiancee's 30th birthday somewhere special after the tragic, unexpected loss of a loved one. and boy howdy did this place ever deliver. this property is massive: 5 bedrooms / 7 beds multiple pullout couches / futons, 2 full bathrooms, four seating areas including a huge veranda and enormous sunroom, and a kitchen / dinette spacious enough for multiple people to prep meals simultaneously. it was perfect for us as we had 7 people staying the weekend plus more guests dropping by during the day. more than enough room for everyone to hang out and craft, play games or just chill.we made extensive use of the gorgeous outdoor hot tub with adjacent seating area and very large riverfront — and private as the listing says, we never saw any neighbours. easy to find and only 7-10 mins from groceries and hiking trails.cabin was extremely clean, well-maintained, gorgeously decorated and well furnished. very good wifi, strong cell signal. 2 fridges, a coffee pot AND a Keurig, and every cooking utensil / dish we needed. balmy April day, we opened the many windows and had it the perfect temperature. Evan left us a nice welcome gift and was only a text away if we had questions but everything was clearly explained beforehand or in the notes / labels on-site. you must pack out your garbage / pay at the transfer station but we WERE notified of this ahead of time :)all in all a perfect stay which we are so grateful for given the circumstances!

A beautiful space with a view of the channel

A very comfortable cabin with plenty of room. We appreciated the sun room and the hot tub with the view of the channel in particular. The kitchen table pulls out to seat 13 people. Communication with host was excellent and we appreciated the in person instructions on how to light the fire without smoking things up.

Great cabin, host, and property.

Cabin was as pictured. Didn’t lack for any kitchen item or utensils. Plenty of comfy beds with lots of bedding and towels. The ice fishing shack was great to have and use. We had 14 people and we all really enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.

Lovely family getaway

We stayed the weekend with our family (parents, siblings, nieces and nephews ages 1-9), and we had a lovely time! The cabin was spacious enough for the 13 of us, with several different areas to spread out and hang out in. The sun room with the huge sectional overlooking the river was a big hit. Everything was well labeled, which was especially helpful in the kitchen, and it was well supplied with everything you could need. There were even slip -on shoes for walking to the hot tub, and saucers for sledding down the hill. (The only thing we couldn't find was body wash for the showers.) We even tried ice fishing, which was a fun experience even though we weren't successful in catching anything. It was a beautiful and peaceful getaway. Highly recommend!
