"Received a messaged that my room was being changed from 2 queen to king and wanted me to confirm or cancel with no fees. This was the day of my travel, after lots of back and forth I ended up with my room so I’m not sure why they made it sound like I didn’t have a 2 queen like I booked. I’m addition, room requests for coffee and towels took hours. I didn’t request a room Clean my entire 5 day stay but just wanted a fresh set of towels once and coffee. They also didn’t have any regular sugar....

"When booking this room, my husband and I thought this was in the Holiday Inn family. It may have been a long time ago, but not now. The floor was so dirty my socks were caked in dirt, the air conditioning worked to keep it cool, but the humidity in the air was so high, it saturated one of my medicines! "Overall, for a budget friendly hotel, this was a good stay. Took awhile for the AC to start working, but once it did everything was fine. The breakfast, for being free, was more than adequate (no five star dining, but again if on a budget it is more than adequate). My wife said the property itself felt dated, but everything was clean and in working order, so again for the budget conscious, the property was more than adequate.
