"Our stay here was lovely, we had a beautiful suite with large windows overlooking the shopping street. Hotel is located in old town, very charming cobble stone streets. The staff was wonderful, always restocking fridge with waters. We forgot something in our hotel room and they were so kind to mail it to our US address. Very pleased and definitely recommend this hotel! "

"Muito cómodo e limpo. Tem acesso direto pelo parque subterrâneo a um supermercado Lidl, o que é muito prático. Apenas um reparo: deveria estar melhor sinalizado, durante a noite, é preciso estar com atenção para ver o nome porque a informação no gps não é nuito clara. "

"Place was great once I found it, google maps took me to an area around the corner. Was perfect for a quick overnight before heading to Geneva airport. 5 min walk to train, then short ride to airport. Keep in mind the front desk is only staffed until 9pm, which was close for me. I notified the hotel via messaging and didn’t hear back. It did end up working out. Place was clean and cozy, a bit outdated but that’s no biggie. No A/C so had to open the window. Lots of activity outside until late into...

"We had a fantastic stay for our family ski holiday. We've stayed in other places in Avoriaz in the past and the location of L'Amara is just spot on for children. Our appointment was directly above the ski locker which was straight out onto the run. We used the pool area a couple of times and although it was quite busy, it never felt crowded. The parking was convenient and easy to access the appartment from it. The appartment itself was actually surprisingly roomy for an avoriaz appartment....

"The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. There were however a few niggles about the location which is voted great on Expedia but…it’s not if you don’t have a car or you’re a non skier. "Good residence for the family. We booked the top of the range suite, had 2 bathrooms. All the conveniences were there except a washing machine but fine for a stay less than a week. The property was very clean when we checked in and we returned it in a fairly clean state. The spa is good and the putside hot tub with views of the mountains is spectacular. "
