"I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. "The staff was super nice! As my boyfriend is tall they arranged so that we got a bigger room then the one we booked, so the stay would be more comfortable for us!"

"What an amazing stay! This is a beautiful boutique hotel run by two ladies who probably live in the hotel, who are always available when needed! The hotel is on the 2nd floor with its own private and secured entryway. The room is lovely, bed is very comfortable, and very updated. The trsin station is just a 10 minute walk over flat surfaces and its ADA assesable to getvinto building/elevator but bathroom has step up into shower and toilets. "The bedroom itself was pretty clean. There was a pile of dirt at the foot of the bed that has not been picked up. The bed was comfortable, however, there was a large amount of black mold in the shower, and only in the shower. That did not make us feel great, but it was a quick shower in the morning. "We had a last-minute reservation at Palazzo Podestà and were warmly welcomed by the owners of this stunning property. The outdoor area of this hotel is magnificent! Everything on the property and in our room was spotless. The room was very small (it was a loft but we didn’t use the second story at all). No elevator - use the beautiful marble stairs!"
