Cottage in the historic center of La Roche en Ardenne

After two years of work, we are happy to welcome you to our unique cocoon in the historic center of La Roche en Ardenne with breathtaking views of the Ourthe.

Composition:
Ground floor: Very large space of 40M ² with relaxation area (bar, fridges) and play corner (kicker, mini table tennis, darts, child's corner, board games).
1st floor: Open kitchen with fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, hood, fridge, freezer, sink). Very comfortable lounge area with tv and internet.
2nd floor: Bedroom 1 (double bed (160 x 200 cm) with Italian shower, sink. Bedroom 2 (double bed (140 x 200 cm) with walk-in shower, sink.
Bathroom.
On the 3rd floor: Bedroom 3 (double bed (160 x 200 cm) with Italian shower, sink. Bedroom 4 (double bed (160 x 200 cm) with walk-in shower, sink.
Cave: Relaxation area infrared sauna 3 people, toilets.
Possibility to store bicycles in a secure cellar with direct access to the outside.
Wifi throughout the building as well as internet connection in each room.
It is therefore an excellent idea to book our holiday home in this region of the Belgian Ardennes. If you like to stay in the heart of the historic center you will find your happiness in our cottage. And besides, you will not be bored there.
You can stay there for a weekend or a week.
The price does not include the following options:
Charges, € 15 / day from April 1st to September 30th and € 25 / day from October 1st to March 30th.
Bed linen optional at 10 € / bed
Optional bath towel at 5 € / person
Optional kitchen towel at 5 € / stay
Deposit of 350 euros refunded from the holiday makers after verification by the owner.

Loved staying here. It’s in a wonderful location, with amazing views. There is a grocery store just a few doors down and plenty of shopping and wonderful restaurants. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the house was warm and welcoming. Would stay here again.

Locatie is fantastisch! Prima kamers en badkamers, de uitrusting van de keuken is prima . Alleen de de begane grond de verdieping met de speeltoestellen viel erg tegen , het dartsspel had geen goede pijlen en de tafelvoetbal tafel was kapot ! Jammer !

Un sejour parfait ! Le gite est très très bien, décoré avec goût, tout pour s'amuser en famille et passer un excellent séjour ! Frederic est un hôte très disponible accueillant et donne de très bonne adresses pour se restaurer. Le village de la Roche-en-Ardenne est sublime ! Bref nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Het verblijf was perfect. Communicatie met de eigenaar was vriendelijk en duidelijk. Je moet wel trap kunnen lopen want je heb 5 verschillende verdiepingen. De ramen zijn goed geïsoleerd waardoor je weinig last van het verkeer heb. Aanrader.

Erg fijn vakantiehuis in het centrum van La -Roche-en-Ardenne met een erg vriendelijke gastheer. Een groot pluspunt is dat iedere slaapkamer een eigen douche heeft.

Fijne locatie om met een groep naar toe te gaan, midden in het prachtige La Roche naast de supermarkt. Je hoeft dus van te voren geen boodschappen te doen. Fijn ruim huis, goede bedden en iedere slaapkamer een eigen moderne eenvoudige badkamer. Sauna was ook heerlijk. Veel leuke restaurants in de buurt maar de keuken is ook uitgebreid en ruim om daar zelf lekker te koken. Deze accommodatie zou ik echt aanraden.

Fijn, ruim, goed onderhouden vakantiehuis. Ruime slaapkamers, allen met een eigen badkamer. Ideaal met onze puberende kinderen. Genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Perfecte locatie, fijn contact met de eigenaar. We gaan hier zeker nog eens terug.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem alten Stadthaus. Wir haben den tollen Wohn- und Essraum mit super ausgestatteter Küche sehr genossen. Auch der Kicker-Raum war eine Bereicherung für die Teens. Leider funktioniert die Dartscheibe nicht mehr richtig. Aber alles in allem kann man die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage direkt an der Ourthe und im wunderschönen Ort ist sehr angenehm. Tolle Gegend mit schönen Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We hebben erg genoten van ons weekendje Ardennen. Achteraf gezien hadden we heel wat minder kunnen meenemen want het ´huisje´ was van veel gemakken voorzien. Ook onze viervoeters hadden het er naar hun zin, ze leerden er trappen lopen. De communicatie met vrbo verliep niet goed. De mails waren een no-replay en de boeking kon niet via de app bekeken worden. We kregen steeds een foutmelding. Gelukkig konden we rechtstreeks met de eigenaar communiceren via Messenger. Toch een verbeterpunt voor de organisatie ... Voor de rest was het top!

Es war ein entspannter Aufenthalt. Der Spar-Markt nebenan ist klein, aber gut sortiert. Im Wohnbereich könnten wir uns für Gespräche, zum Essen und Spielen gut aufhalten.
