464 Legacy 3 bedroom villa

This beautiful 3 bedrooms 3 bath, single-story Villa has all the amenities for an enjoyable vacation. Large screen TV in the living room with movie channels. Smaller TV in the master bedrooms. The large patio just off the living room has spectacular views of the mountains. Enjoy cocktails and dining from your private outdoor dining room.

8 guest maximum over night, 12 guest daytime maximum

There is a large clubhouse with a bar, restaurant, fitness center and multiple pools. Enjoy the pool & spa just steps from your vacation home. The clubhouse can accommodate larger groups with catering available.

The property has an electric grill and the pool at the clubhouse has propane grills. NO CHARCOAL GRILLS ALLOWED.

For families with children, there is an over-sized children's pool with turtles spouting water for the young ones. The entire community is nestled in a small cove with mountains on three sides.
There is a 4-night minimum stay requirement during Coachella and Stagecoach.

Pets may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.

No high-profile cars are allowed.

Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.

We have the 2019 Mini Convertible, 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2022 Honda CRV and 2015 Avalon Hybrid available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

My family loved our stay. This was a great property in Legacy Villas, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the patio was lovely for enjoying a morning coffee with mountain views.

Comfort at Legacy

We have stayed at many properties at Legacy Villas. This is one of the best appointed and comfortable units we have stayed in. Everything you need in the kitchen, comfy beds, easy to work tv. Quiet part of the community.

Golf week

Exceptional property and host makes sure you have all the amenities you need. Stunning Mountain View’s and extra secure neighborhood. One of the best Vrbo’s I have stayed in by far. Hard to leave the Mountain View’s, they are right there! We will be back.

Great weekend getaway

The house felt so much better than a hotel we were able to gather bring food and have a lovely reset before we move into the final 90s days of the year. The host was lightning quick responding to any questions I had. The house was beautiful. It felt like a resort. And of course, legacy villas property is stunning with plenty of places to relax and inwind in the beautiful Cove beneath the mountains.

The villa was beautiful and so well equipped. Very spacious with great bed configurations. Pool and hot tub was a great perk, except for the bees. Location was oerfect for great restaurants and Indian Wells Tennis Tournament.

Met my high expectations

Great holiday stay!

This home was fantastic- very well appointed and comfortable for two families traveling over the July 4th holiday. My only note is that I was under the impression that this home was located in the La Quinta Resort itself- it is not. This is not a bad thing at all- we may have just been confused. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

We had the most wondering stay here with our friends and family! The condo was spotless, and the beds were so comfortable! The kids loved the bunk beds as well. We will be back ASSP!

Great house, great location, the whole complex is beautiful and well maintained.

we stayed 6 adults and 2 children the bedroom set up was great with one room having two double beds each with a single on top(bunk beds). Kitchen was well appointed with everything you need, the home is well maintained the new carpet was great will definitely stay here again
