Le Haut Balcon, a sunny high-altitude chalet with breathtaking panoramic views

Welcome to the chalet Le Haut Balcon, a warm and bright cocoon nestled on the top of the Versant du Soleil in the Tarentaise. Located on the edge of an authentic mountain village, this haven of peace offers a quiet setting, a south-facing exposure and an exceptional panoramic view of the surrounding peaks.

With a surface area of 84 m² and classified as furnished for tourism ***, the chalet is ideal for sharing convivial moments with family or friends. The large living room bathed in light invites you to relax with its wood stove (wood provided), its large dining table and its many amenities: Wi-Fi, TV, library, games and documentation on the mountain. The large covered balconies and terraces extend the living space and allow you to fully enjoy the landscape in all seasons.

The fully equipped kitchen will delight gastronomy lovers with its many appliances, including a fondue set and raclette sets for real alpine evenings. A pantry-laundry room with washing machine and practical equipment completes the comfort of the accommodation.

Upstairs, the chalet can accommodate up to 7 people: a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds and an extra double bed in a cosy mezzanine area. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, with separate toilet. Families with young children are welcome (cot and high chair available).

In winter, enjoy the large ski resorts nearby as well as the cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails accessible from the village. In summer, discover a huge network of hiking trails, including the GR5 just 100 meters away, leading to high altitude lakes and majestic peaks. Sports, cultural and local activities will punctuate your stay.

Shops, restaurants and services are just a 15-minute drive away.
