What stood out were the great attentions of the servers at the Restaurant Tambo. They were very accommodating and caring. On the other hand, the restaurant supervisor was very rude and disconsidered.
On the other hand, the hotel crew not only need good customer service lessons but retraining on their own specific areas. The did a major mistake with my reservation. However, Cecilia, the hotel owner came to the rescue, MY RESCUE! She was ultra professional, caring, nice, compassionate, sweet and understanding. Only until she intervened it was when everything was resolved. I really hope the staff follows her example. Thanks so much Cecilia, you are a super star, a true leader.
I really hope things get better because it’s a great hotel with an excellent location.
