"Although the bed was comfortable, the sheets had burn marks in them and on the bed head frame, a wad of chewing gum was on the side.
The whole hotel could use an update: rips in curtains, the filter on the facet in the sink was missing and there were no plugs to use to get the bathtub filled.
The property surrounding this motel is scary. Two nights in a row, a block away, I saw women appearing as though they were escorts picking up guys in cars. A person sadly strung out on whatever...

"The problem wasn’t with the property itself. It was with Expedia and their incorrect information on whether or not there was an airport shuttle. There isn’t a shuttle and that was very inconvenient. I booked the hotel because of the shuttle. Expedia needs to get their act together on the information regarding the hotels information. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and changed rooms for me when the motorcycle noise was to annoying. They were very understanding."

"This is my 2nd time staying here. I love the location, their breakfast, teas and espresso coffee machine they offer. Rooms have been super clean as well as the hallways. Roof top bar was great as well but needs more staffing as there was a 20 min wait for drinks. But understandable as they did not have enough people. Overall great stay."

"The location for us was great. Older hotel, needs a lot of up grades. If you plan to enjoy a few drinks by the pool, it not allowed. You have to drink from their bar at their bar area. Had issues with cleaning crew. They didn't clean the room they just left a few extra towels. A/c didn't work, maintenance came and changed the old dirty filter and then it was working great."

"The rooms were clean but we were told because of our stay for four days they don’t change sheets for “long periods of stay” even though there is a sign on the bathroom mirror saying that linen and trash is picked up daily. So the last night that we stayed we had a night desk clerk help change our sheets, she was very nice and was willing and ready to help us have a more comfortable stay. Overall the place was easy to get to and accommodating to what we needed from the stay. Would we return?...

"Great location! The staff was super nice. My two complaints is that the rooms have a musty smell to them. & I think they are understaffed in the restaurant. We waited awhile to get sat, and to get our order taken we ended up just leaving and eating somewhere else. The staff is great! And the location of the hotel was great! And the price was great for the location!"
