Located 400 meters from the beach and 3000 meters from the town center - Appreciated for its proximity to the pine forest and its hiking trails for walks - House comprising: On the ground floor, a veranda with a table football table, a living room with Wi-Fi access, a large kitchen equipped with four ceramic hobs, an oven, a refrigerator and a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave and dishwasher, two separate toilets, two bathrooms with sinks and walk-in showers, and a washing machine.
