House with Pool, Near Chenonceau and Amboise

Spacious family home in La Croix en Touraine, perfect for 9 adults and 1 baby. Close to the castles of Chenonceau and Amboise, it offers large bright living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. A garden, terrace, and private heated pool complete this ideal setting for a warm stay with family or friends, in the heart of the Loire Valley among castles, vineyards, and charming villages.

Upstairs, you will find:

a large, bright living room with two sofas (fireplace not accessible), TV with Freebox and Canal+ channels,

a well-stocked library,

a welcoming dining room,

a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals,

a master suite with a 160x200 bed and ensuite bathroom (shower, bathtub, WC),

a bedroom with a 160x200 bed,

a bathroom with shower,

a separate WC.

On the ground floor, the house offers:

a second living room opening onto the pool,

a bedroom with 3 single beds (90x200),

a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a baby cot,

a bathroom with shower and separate WC,

a summer kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster),

a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The house is not air-conditioned, but 2 fans are provided.

Outside, you will enjoy a large enclosed garden with pétanque court, a terrace equipped with a gas barbecue and plancha, and above all, a private heated pool (5x10 m), available from May to the end of October depending on weather conditions, with deckchairs provided.

A large parking area can accommodate up to 4 cars.

Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented on request.

The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility, as the main living area (dining room, kitchen) is located on the first floor.

Parties and bachelor/bachelorette events are not allowed.

The house is located along the road, next to the Tours/Chenonceau railway line, which may occasionally cause light train noise, though it remains very manageable.

Check-in is not self-service, and key handover is arranged by appointment the day before, between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

A security deposit of €500 by credit card pre-authorization (not charged) will be required.
