What a pleasure to be a guest in this charming hotel. Perfect location near the tram with lots of places to eat. Our host made us so welcome. Breakfast was superb, the garden enchanting. The effort and care put into the property and your stay is apparent. Parking available- do let them know in advance if you require a space. With all the giant hotels flooding Nice, this is a restored gem. So much of the original details have been preserved and beautifully complemented with the necessary modern touches throughout the property. Bathrooms are spotless. They don't make these elegant homes anymore, so here's a great opportunity to experience the charm that helped make Nice famous. A quaint, charming and elegant hotel at an affordable price,

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel with our two children. It is perfectly situated in the downtown area and the view of the cathedral is stunning. You are close to restaurants, cafes, luxury shopping, parks, and much more. The beach is a simple and straight 15 minute walk. The breakfast included was also delicious. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit snug, but they are cozy and we didn’t plan on spending much time inside anyway. Don’t hesitate to book it!
