In Loire Atlantique, south of Saint-Nazaire, cross the largest bridge in France or travel up the Vendée to discover one of the preserved villages of the Jade Coast, La Bernerie en Retz.



This house in the seaside style of the last century is ideally located 270 m from the large "Water Plan of the Sea", accessible to all for swimming and learning water sports and a stone's throw from the village; local market, shops and restaurants.



*Currently, only its ground floor is accessible to travellers, and it offers a single-storey living space that can accommodate up to 6 people.

It has a double bedroom (two 80 cm beds), a double bedroom with glass panels overlooking the living room (two single 90 cm beds) and a sofa bed in the living room-lounge. The independent kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. The TV-WIFI lounge leads to the veranda which serves as a dining room. An independent WC and a shower room complete the rental.

For maximum comfort, you have access to a washing machine, a tumble dryer, outdoor furniture (table, sunbed and garden furniture). The garden is enclosed and two private parking spaces on the property are at your disposal.

When the sea is low, fishermen know that in La Bernerie one gleans oysters and other seafood on the foreshore. Take the paths that start from La Bernerie and admire the panorama over the Bay of Bourgneuf and the island of Noirmoutier. Then join the town centre of Moutiers and discover the magnificent lantern of the Dead, unique in Loire Atlantique. Between two swims and shore fishing sessions, stroll along the quays of the nearby Pornicaise City. Do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Bouchot Mussels from La Plaine sur Mer, the famous Ice creams and jams from "La Fraiseraie", the delicious Galettes from "St-Michel" and without forgetting so good hot or cold "Le curé Nantais".
