Delia ensured we had everything we needed even before we areived. During our stay Melissa, Angela, Paula and I know I'm leaving someone out provided a great bar and good experience. We were there during a slower time so it felt like we had a private resort. The beach is beautiful. For privacy, The Waves gets an A++ and the onsite restaurant, AMA, is spectacular. That being said, after our initial awe, we did run into some frustrations. Neither the restaurant nor the bar on property are open daily. (Thankfully the nearby Landing Bar and Off the Wall serve great food!) If one room sets their thermostat to dry heat it turns off the air conditioning to the entire floor.
