Accommodation located on Route de la Pointe, half countryside, half seaside, a sought-after location for fishing enthusiasts. 2800 m from the town center and a swimming lake - 4000 m from the beach - Property consisting of two independent houses, this one includes: A living room with a lounge area, TV, reversible air conditioning, and a sofa bed (sleeps 1) - a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave. - A bedroom with a double bed. - A second bedroom with a double bed - A bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin - Two toilets - Washing machine - Sunny garden with garden furniture and barbecue for a truly relaxing holiday. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings. Wi-Fi rental with a 5G box is available for €40/week.
