I will not recommend this hotel to anyone bad communication. Prior booking they were not very clear on their policies and also they did not disclose that they will charge you a tax fee after you stayed, and it will have to be cash placed on the envelope and leave it on the mailbox down stairs on the entrance. Dryer took for ever to dry 5 hrs. They do not provide any detergent. It was very noisy. So hard to sleep at night to do the noise. We were locked out out of the hotel and could not enter the hotel. We called the emergency line. They did not speak very good English and they were not able to help us the only way that we were able to access the hotel is by waiting for some one to come out which we were so lucky and they open the door. Otherwise, there was no way we were gonna be able to access the front door to go into our room. I do not recommend this for anybody if you don’t want to be surprised with tax fee that is not included in your stay. Very noisy and people are not very understanding about other people staying there. The policies are not very applied to everyone. Very bad customer service.
