Stay away! Horrific check in process with poor automation, no one to help, only screens that connect you to a "live" operator via video chat that is often offline and useless when connected. I witnessed and experienced both several times,as did the half dozen guest in line before me and behind.
When I finally got in the room, which I paid a fortune for an executive apartment, it smelled so foul from mold I requested to move. The black mold was heavily visible in both AC units amd was blowing throughout the apartment.
They offered me a much more inferior room yet refused to price adjust. Untimately they moved me to a room that was still smaller than the one I prepaid for at a completely different hotel several blocks up the street. They still refused to provide a refund for the price difference and I essentially overpaid by several hundred dollars as a result.
Expedia was of no assistance either. They refused to accept accountability despite the fact that I was in a materially different hotel and inferior room. They persist in requiring the property to issue a credit.
The hotel itself was not even a hotel but a "serviced apartment." It was actually a very poorly serviced apartment, with sporadic staff, no ability to accept transported luggage or packages/deliveries. The place definitely has potential to be great but the way it is administered and operated is simply flawed. For the price point you are far better off at a traditional fully serviced hotel.
