Enjoy a ski holiday in this 50 m² laminated log semi-detached apartment, with an additional 22 m² loft, in East Ruka (Itä-Ruka) in the Vuosselinrinne area of Kuusamo. Bright, practical and welcoming, it suits families and outdoor enthusiasts alike, with its own electric sauna, a fireplace and free WiFi. The Masto slopes are 300 m away, illuminated cross-country ski tracks start just 40 m from the door, and the ski bus stop is 50 m away.

The apartment is laid out across the ground floor and a loft.

**Living room & Kitchen:** A bright open-plan living room and kitchen combination with a fireplace, a Smart TV with Chromecast and a radio. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.

**Bedrooms & Loft:** One bedroom with two beds. The loft holds a 120 cm wide bed and two separate single beds, with a maximum ceiling height of 160 cm. Together the apartment sleeps up to 5 guests. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.

**Bathroom & Sauna:** The washroom includes a toilet, shower, washing machine, hairdryer and a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing. Connected to it is your own electric sauna, perfect after a day on the slopes.

**Outdoor area:** Step out onto the porch/terrace for fresh air. There is a parking space on site with a car heating plug and slow EV charging, plus a wood storage with firewood for the fireplace.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
