Enjoy your stay at this very nice 1 yr old, 1 bedroom with king bed 1 bathroom vacation rental located on Lawwill Rd close to Barkley lake. This shaded lot is perfect for boaters or just to kick back and enjoy the country like surroundings. Amenities include, Pergola swing, gas grill, fire pit with wood provided, 2 covered porches very peaceful secure area. Bring your boat parking is excellent, huge parking area. A variety of restaurants such as, Patti's settlement, Oasis bar and grill, The joint BBQ, and authentic Mexican restaurant. Several marinas nearby, Buzzard Rock bar and grill, Hu'be's bar n grill are just a few examples of great food just minutes away. Paducah KY is only a 40 min drive which offers a shopping mall and multiple restaurants. 2 night minimum stay and 3 night minimum stay on holiday's. There is a pet fee, $35.00 per dog per night limit 2. Kayaks (2) free available, first come first serve

Everything was just as it was described. Kitchen was furnished with everything you could need. Comfortable bed, welcoming dinning room/ kitchen. The entire home was Very clean. We did not need to use backyard but it looked like a great place to hang out.

Perfect Stay, Relaxing and Beautiful. Very Nice Place!!

We had an absolutely lovely stay!! Very clean and nice place!! The host was super nice to communicate with. Close to Barkley Lake, we brought the boat and had plenty of room for parking. The lake is very close and easy to get to. We really enjoyed the stay and hope to do it again soon! Cant thank you enough!I highly recommended this Cabin if you want an easy, relaxing stay with the lakes very near by.

Nice, relaxing weekend with my husband

The property wasn't as secluded as it looked from photos but still very quiet area and other houses are far enough so it feels a little secluded. Saw many deer come through the yard and around. Very clean serene place to get away

A cozy retreat just the right size for two. Clean fully equipped all amenities. Outside you can sit around the firepit or swing in the covered swing and watch turkeys and deer walk across the yard, or take a long walk down to the lake.A small cabin with everything you'll need or want

The area was quiet with friendly neighbors. The home was nicely decorated with cozy seating inside and outside. The owners were prompt with replies, very kind, and accommodating. There was a grill and fire pit for usage.

It’s a quiet stay in the woods in this up to date small house. The back yard is set up for a morning time swing and an evening camp fire. I was most pleased with the responsiveness of the manager which began at the time of booking and continued post check out.

My husband and I along with our small dog spent an enjoyable 6 nights here… so enjoyed the back deck along with the front porch… very clean.,. Well stocked with anything one would need… very responsive host…loved the remoteness yet everything needed is close by… well yeah.. there were times I missed the internet.. would most definitely stay again..

Great two person get away

Awesome owners, cabin was perfect! They even left us a “happy anniversary” balloon. Only downside is that there is no Wi-Fi and it would be most helpful to have a list of area attractions and things to do. Other than that. Definitely five stars and we will be back! ❤️

Perfect cabin in the woods!

This cabin is perfect! Lovely bedroom, separate kitchen/dining/living room, and spacious bathroom. Clean, modern, very functional. Front and back porches, spacious parking, ample for a boat too. What more could one want! Great two night stay! Dinner at Patti’s Settlement and fishing near the dam made for a perfect time on our way to Wisconsin!
