"Our room was small, but had an additional sunroom off the side. It was nice to look out at the fog on the mountains. The hotel was up quite a steep hill, however. It might not be good for someone who cannot do that climb. It is very close to a beautiful waterfall."

"The location was perfect - lovely hotel in the country. The aesthetics of the hotel suited the locale. The food was superb and the dining ambience (both inside and outside) made for an even better gastronomic experience. The family are professionals in service. The room was ok. There were 3 things I was not so comfortable with: - there were only 2 shade curtains which were not wide enough to span the windows so facing the east, sunlight crept in too early. - There was a tv but way too large...

Didn’t have a problem finding parking nearby. While there’s not a lot to do in town, Triberg is only a 20min drive which has a train station, and other cities/towns with more to do are nearby. This is a good spot to stay"
