The reception staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my visit, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore Akihabara and access public transportation. I also really enjoyed the restaurant on the first floor—the food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and it was a great place to start or end the day."

"We had a good stay at &Here Ueno. The property was clean, and in a great location. It was easy to get around, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The only disappointment was the breakfast. The dining area was very crowded, seating was limited, and the food selection was quite small. After trying it on the first morning, we decided to skip breakfast at the hotel for the rest of our stay and eat elsewhere instead. Other than that, we enjoyed our time here....
