Immaculate Luxury Ocean View 6BR 4.5BA House with Pool and Elevator

You will fall in love with this beautiful, high-end house in Kure Beach. The ocean views are gorgeous from the second and third floors. Both have a deck that runs the entire length of the house to relax and check out the scenery. This home has 6 bedrooms with sleeping for 20 and 4.5 bathrooms. Imagine cooking in the beautiful kitchen with double oven, five burner gas cook top, stainless steel appliances, two sinks, and granite countertop. The large kitchen, living room, and dining room area is open for easy entertaining and has a gas fireplace. The amenities include a pool and elevator. The second and third stories have hardwood flooring throughout. There is a two car garage with parking for two-to-four more regular size cars in the driveway.

Located just across the street from the public beach access, you are just steps away from walks along the beach. The house is located just two blocks from the historic district and pier. It is a great location to create family memories.

The third floor has a master suite with a king bed and private access to a large deck perfect for winding down after the end of a busy beach day. The master suite has an attached bath with a large garden tub (not jetted) and a large shower with dual shower heads. There are two other bedrooms on this floor that share a bathroom. One has a king bed. The other has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle that can be pulled out and a separate twin bed. The washer and dryer are located on this floor and the hall has a wet bar just beside a sliding glass door that opens to a smaller deck on the side of the house. You can listen to the ocean waves while relaxing in this private spot overlooking the swimming pool.

The second floor is the hub of the house with a large open floor plan for the kitchen, living room and dining room. It is a perfect place to cook large meals for a group. This is a great place for everyone to gather to play board games or to enjoy the large flat screen tv above the gas fireplace. A deck that runs across the front of the house with wonderful ocean views will capture everyone’s attention as the perfect place to drink your morning coffee. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded Sealy Posturepedic mattress. There is a separate half bath on this floor. There is also a bedroom with a king bed and private full bath.

The first floor has two queen sized bedrooms that share a bathroom. The hall has access to the staircase and an elevator which services all three stories. The back door opens to the pool area that includes an outdoor enclosed shower which will be great to rinse off the sand after a day on the beach. The first floor has tile floor.

The house has a two car garage with parking for two to four more cars in the driveway. Road parking is available also, but is not free.

There is cable tv and complimentary wifi throughout the house. All the bedrooms have a tv and DVD player or BluRay player.

We really hope you will love this house as much as we do!

Best stay yet!

Our first time in Kure Beach and we loved every minute of it. The location of this house was absolutely perfect. Easy access to the beach and a view of the ocean from the deck. Close to the pier and restaurants. The house itself was by far the best appointed Verbo Home we have ever stayed in. Solidly built so easy to move about without disturbing other others as well. First time we could actually seat all 16 of us around a dining table. Heaven. The gathering spaces were ample. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Having sheets and bath towels provided with an added bonus. Ages 2 to 75 and we all were delighted every single day. We’ve done beach trips together for over 10 years, and this was by far one of our top homes and places to be.

Kure Beach beauty

This house is a gem. Perfectly located for beach access and also sporting a great pool, it hits all the right notes. The house comes completely stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. They have truly thought of everything and even the extras that make it a home away from home. A place to return to year after year..

Memorable vacation

Our family of 13 had a fabulous stay in Chris’home over the Memorial Day holiday. We chose Kure beach to avoid large crowds. Beach access was just across the street with an easy walkway and few short steps. Our group included 2 year old toddlers, 3 children, one teen, their parents and my husband and 97 year old father. The elevator was a deciding factor in choosing this home. Everyone enjoyed the large dining room and living room and all the large decks. No carpets in any room. Just clean and allergy free hardwood and tile. Fun times with the many books and board games and puzzles for all ages. The kitchen had every tool and dishes and cookware imaginable. We have never stayed in a home so well stocked with all the extras you could ever need. We ate out half of the nights at several Kure Beach restaurants. All very good. I especially appreciated the cleaning supplies and access to broom and mop and vacuum with so many children and their mess! All the bedrooms were good size and had working blinds and beachy decor. The beds were comfortable and extra pillows and blankets were available. Part of the kids used the bunk/trundle beds and one used the rollaway. The bathrooms were well stocked with nice towels and large bottles of toiletries. We had great weather for six days so the pool was a bonus feature. It was clean and had seating. We did not travel with beach or pool chairs, toys, cart or towels because Chris provided all of that in the large garage.

UNCW Graduation

Spent the week celebrating our UNCW Grad. Had family and friends in town from Colorado, Tennessee, and North Carolina. Great house to get everyone together in one place. Amenities were great! Will definitely be looking to come back for family reunion or friends weekend at the beach!

SUCH a fabulous place!!

We couldn't have been happier with Chris' house! It is clean, roomy, and the floor plan is amazing for a big group. The kitchen is well stocked and he's got games, puzzles, beach toys and books. We had a wide range of ages, from my 81 year old mom to our 1 year old granddaughter. (Chris has lots of baby equipment available.) We all loved the house and felt at home there.The elevator was great for moving suitcases up and down the stairs. The porches are comfortable and spacious.We rented this house two years ago, and loved it so much that we decided to rent it again. We hope to return again next time we vacation in NC. Chris was so accommodating, and responded quickly when the propane tank ran out. He was so kind and easy to work with. He is committed to giving his guests a great experience. Definitely 5 stars!

Dream House

The house was gorgeous. No problem with walking to beach, pier and great restaurants. The house had plenty of towels and furnished items that you usually have to purchase. The pool was not clean, but Chris(our host) got that taken care of. We really didn’t get to use until latter part of week…Thanks for sharing a beautiful place for my family.

Beautiful Fully-Stocked Home!

We had a great visit to Kure, mostly because we loved the house so much! It is beautifully decorated and spacious. The elevator, which seemed to be a novelty, really came in handy. The house has everything you need, including beach chairs and accessories as well as pool toys. The kitchen is well stocked with cups, plates, pans, etc. so convenient! There were also a ton of books and games for all ages. Highly recommend this house for your beach location!

The Perfect Family Vaca Home!

So wonderful walking into a house that felt like home! Not a thing was missing from a well stocked kitchen, games, puzzles, televisions in every room, balconies from every floor, beach towels, linings the pool was crystal clean and the kids had a blast. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation. The owner Chris was always just a call a way which was a big plus. Book it before someone else does!!

Great house for our family vacation

We had 10 adults and 7 kids (5 different families) stay and the house had enough space for everyone. The pool was a great amenity as it was too hot most days to spend hours at the beach. Location was perfect as it was a two minute walk to the beach and you could see the ocean from the house. Overall a great experience for our large group!

Perfect Summer Rental

Have loved every year we've stayed. Plenty of room. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and beach equipment. Convenient beach access. The pool is a plus and the elevator is such a help for our physically challenged family member.

Great location and everything you need

Extremely well stocked home. There is an entire closet of games as well as cabinets full of movies and puzzles. There are shelves of books to read and the garage and pool area have every pool/beach supply you can think of. The kitchen had everything you need to cook at home including cups/serving dishes for toddlers and kids. The living area is open enough with plenty of seating for everyone to hangout together. The location is great. You have a good view of the ocean from both floors. We appreciated the pool alarms on the doors to the pool. A couple people in our group who are shorter couldn't reach them on their own though. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. The pool got pretty dirty by midweek. It would have been nice to be able to sweep it. I gave it a 4 for cleanliness because the air vents and fans were extremely dusty when we arrived and the stovetop needed a good cleaning. After the rain midweek, we also found a few palmetto bugs in the house, nothing major though.

Great Rental in Kure Beach

The house had a wonderful layout for our family. The open kitchen, living room and dining room on the second floor was great. The L Shaped pool was fairly small but great for our 4, 7, and 9 year old grandchildren. There is a door buzzer system so that kids can not get out to the pool area without an alarm sounding, but this granny is too short to reach the buzzers. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, plates, and kitchen tools. The location was very close to Freddie’s Restaurant (it is small- make reservations early) and the small arcade. The multiple porches were great.

Feels like home! Amazing property!

We have stayed in this home 5-6 times with our family (total of 12–16 people depending on the year we go). We were the very first renters many years ago and the property has been maintained so well over the years. Highly recommend! Easy access to beach, close to golf cart rental, near the Aquarium, and not far from Carolina Beach. The home has everything you need! We were just there for a week and only went out to dinner one time. The host has everything you need for cooking accessible if you plan to stay in. You won’t regret renting this property!

Lovely house!

We were back for our second year with family and the house is great. The kids love the pool and we needed it on days when the water was rough. We like the location because Kure beach is nicer, quieter, and not crowded but is also close enough to take the kids to the carnival and fireworks in Carolina Beach. We had an issue this time with the a/c but it has been resolved.

Great Family Getaway
