You live in a lovingly furnished 2-room apartment of about 54 square meters, which is located on the second floor. The living room is equipped with kitchenette (stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle), sofa bed, radio and TV. From the living room you enter the balcony to the north, where you can enjoy the full view of the sea with a glass of wine. A bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per Pro son is a linen package in initial equipment available. Final cleaning included! Non smoking apartment! Arrive and feel good !!! 

The house "sea view" (former Kurhaus of Kühlungsborn) was rebuilt in the year 2000 after the model of the old Kurhaus of Kühlungsborn and is located directly on the beach. The architecture of the house combines style elements from the turn of the century with modern and comfortable requirements of our time. Two glass elevators lead you through the huge, green, glass-covered atrium to your apartment.
  Our guests have a washing machine and a dryer for a fee. There is also a bicycle storage room. Some of the apartments have a balcony and an underground parking space (double parking, maximum car height 1.50 m). The property is located in the district Kühlungsborn-West. In the immediate vicinity are dining and shopping facilities. The fine sandy beach is about 30 m. The fresh bread rolls for your breakfast can be obtained directly from the bakery / confectionery directly in the house or from one of the numerous bakeries in the area.  
Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental "MY BIKE BY THE SEA" you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

Traumhafter Blick entschädigt für kleinere Mängel in der Wohnung

Ich hatte die Wohnung für meine Mutter und ihren Partner gebucht. Die Nichtraucherwohnung roch im Eingangsbereich sehr stark nach kaltem Rauch. Das Schlafzimmer hat leider kein Fenster nach draußen nur ins Atrium und Treppenhaus und ließ sich nur sehr schlecht lüften. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist allerdings unschlagbar schön und auch der Rest der Wohnung ist in Ordnung. Meiner Mutter und ihrem Partner hat auch die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.
