We had a great stay at the DoubleTree Kuala Lumpur. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were all exceptionally kind and generous. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of options from Malaysian, Western, Chinese, and Indian cuisines—something for everyone.
One thing I really appreciated was how easy it was to communicate with the staff—they use WhatsApp, so if I ever needed anything, I could just send a quick message and they’d bring it right to the room.
My only real complaint is the laundry service—it’s charged by the piece, which can add up quickly. I would have preferred the option to do my own laundry. Thankfully, I had packed enough clothes to make it through the trip without needing the service.
Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
