OceanFront Apartment, newly renovated (2021)

The apartment is located in a gated community close to Bonaire International Airport and a several minute drive from the main town Kralendijk. The apartment offers privacy, a stunning view of the ocean, Kralendijk and in the distance the outlines of the Washington Slagbaai National Park.
Our apartment is recently refurnished with new furniture and equipment (2021). You’ll find everything needed for a relaxed and comfortable holiday.
The community hosts a swimming pool and offers direct access to the sea; the ‘Te Amo’ beach is located essentially next door. Diving schools are also close by.

The penthouse consists of a main room that includes the living room and the kitchen; this area looks even more spacious because of the high pointed ceiling.
In the apartment, both 110 V and 220 V electricity is available.
The living room area is furnished in a modern style, has an LCD TV, and a secure wireless internet connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, induction cooking, oven/microwave combination, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, as well as tableware, glasses, and cutlery.
On the balcony, a large table invites you to nice private dinners
The airconditioned master bedroom has a comfortable double bed that ensures a good night’s sleep. A private bathroom with large walk-in shower, closets (with an electronic safe), and an LCD TV complete the interior. Two large windows look out over the sea, and a door provides direct access to the balcony.
The second bedroom also has a bathroom, two beds and air conditioning.
Upstairs, a loft with a large table offers a quiet space for personal activities.
Also upstairs a third bedroom can be found by crossing a bridge over the living; this bedroom with air conditioning, has two separate beds
A laundry room with washing machine and drying rack is available next to the main door of the penthouse.
Linens and towels provided.
Important note: for safety reasons, the penthouse is not suitable for children from 6 month until 6 years old.
If you like diving, snorkeling, or kayaking, you can access the sea directly from the residence. Diving schools are also close by.
Please be aware that the complete Bonaire coast is a marine national park. Bonaire’s national parks (also Washington Slagbaai National Park) are managed by STINAPA, a non-governmental, not-profit foundation.
When accessing the coastal waters for any activity, visitors must pay a Nature Fee which can be purchased online (see https://stinapa.bonairenaturefee.org)
The apartment is an approx. 5 minutes’ drive from downtown Kralendijk. The popular beach Sorobon with the well-known windsurfing hot spot Lac Bay, and the famous Kite Beach are both 10-minute drive.
