The staff at this hotel were honestly great super helpful and friendly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the condition of the property itself was disappointing. I had to deal with roaches on three separate occasions, which was unsettling to say the least. On top of that, there was a loud, awful noise coming from my sink that would start up randomly, including in the middle of the night. I ended up fixing it myself, only to realize the noise was also coming from the room next to mine. It made it really hard to get any sleep. The staff were great, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues made my stay super uncomfortable.

My room had a lot of bugs to the point where I felt so uncomfortable that I had to cancel the rest of my stay. I was only able to stay for 2 of my 8 nights. I saw bugs of various sizes even up to the size of a finger nail crawl in and out of the walls so even when the owner offered to change rooms for me, I had lost all confidence. On top of that, we lost power from 10:30pm-4am on our second night, so we had no fan or air conditioning in our pretty damp and hot room. The toilet seat was broken and the sink faucet was leaking as well. I contacted Expedia to assist in facilitating my early checkout and was under the impression after my online chat with Expedia that they’ll handle my refund. My refund request was denied by the property and Expedia wasn’t able to help further. So there was $250 Canadian Dollars down the drain. I would strongly suggest you avoid this property for your stay. Spend a little bit more and go to a cleaner facility.

The environment is bad. The room itself is ok; however, the service is bad. The maid unlocked the door without knocking and the room has never been cleaned up properly since I checked in.

まず、海外の安宿に慣れていない方、潔癖症の方、好奇心旺盛でない方はやめた方がいいかもしれません。インドの安宿などで慣れている方なら想定内です。 この建物はインド人が多くて怖いという口コミもありますが、女性一人でも全く問題ありませんでした。たまに視線は感じますが、一度も声をかけられることも無く、エレベーター前にセキュリティもいて特に治安は問題無いと思いました。入口は通りごとにあるので便利ですが、地味なので最初は見逃しました。 チェックインはまず3階のA9にある奥の部屋へ行き、パスポートを見せて3分で終了。宿名の表示は無かったと思います。一度1階へ降り、エレベーターを乗り換えて8階に上がり確かA11だったかな？そこには宿の名前が出ていたと思います。暗証番号を入力し中に入るとそこに写真のように4-5部屋ありました。二重のセキュリティになっていて安心です。廊下に水とお湯のサーバーがありますが切れている時もありました。 部屋はぱっと見は思ったよりはきれいですが、タオルはガサガサ、シーツも古く、バスマットもまだ使うかという古さです。窓はありますが、開けると建物の隙間のごちゃごちゃした汚い場所が見えるだけで景色は全く見えないし光も入らないので換気だけです。ゴキが入ってきそうなので閉めていました。 そうゴキ・・・多いです。４泊して１cm位のを４匹処分しました。殺虫剤必須です。スーツケースやカバンはすぐ閉めた方がいいです。一度カバンからゴキが出てきた時は本当に後悔しました。靴も床には置けませんでした。でもダニなどはいませんでした。 あとシャワーは給湯器のツマミをONにして蛇口をひねっただけではお湯は一生出てきません。お湯の出し方を発見するまでに30分以上かかりました。まず、トイレの照明スイッチの横にある給湯器の電源を入れ、給湯器本体のツマミをONにし、「蛇口は閉めたままで」そのまま放置しているとゴボゴボ沸騰して10-15分で沸きます。その状態で蛇口を右にひねると熱湯が出るので、真ん中辺りから左右に調節します。お湯が少しずつぬるくなってきたら右に少しだけ蛇口を回すと熱くなります。それを繰り返して10分くらいは浴びれましたが、15分はもたないかもしれません。お湯が無くなったらまた蛇口を閉めて待っているとゴボゴボ音がして沸かし始めます。 でもまあドライヤー、テレビ、歯ブラシと最低限揃っていますし個室なので慣れればゴキ以外は快適です。何といってもこの非常に便利な立地でこの値段ということを考えるとまあ悪くないかなと思います。宿の周りには深夜まで営業している飲食店が沢山あって困りません。両替も１階にあってレートは良かったです。 宿の方に会ったのはチェックインの時だけで、チェックアウトは鍵を部屋に置いて出るだけ、建物は24時間出入り出来、完全に自由なので気ままな貧乏旅行にはありがたいです。一応タオル、バスマットとシーツ（もたぶん）は毎日交換してくれていました。 エレベーターは来るのが遅いので下りる時などは階段を使った方が早いです。

Staffs are very friendly and quick serving.！

Everything is good for this price exept they need to put a little piece of rubber on each entrance door of each room and main entrance. The doors make very loud sound each time when someone closed it...wake you up from sleeping.

Cheap guesthouse on Kowloon,cannot compare to cleaner guest houses on Hong Kong Island. Noisy crowded street.Room is basic but clean,building is 60 years old with odd arrangements of total 6 elevators that serve many many.Taking elevator is very time consuming. Will pay more for better guest houses on Hong Kong Island,never Kowloon side again.

cheap and good!But beware of LOVING neighbors >,<

if you are 1st time in HK, pls take MTR to tsim sha tsui , exit D2 ( the nearest to the building , as there are construction all around there ) PLS TAKE NOTE that you will be using the stairs up D2... then once you reach..you will see a 7/11 in front of you...turn right...after a few stores you will see a left turn into the building ( there are a few lifts to go up...pls make sure that you SEE which lift goes to which floors ) !!!! PLS TAKE NOTE !!!!! - you must go to LEVEL 3 - A9 to register and TAKE YOUR ROOM KEY ( dont directly go to else where which is showing on the website!! ) - after taking your key... then you will have to go to your ROOM LEVEL , key in the door password , then only go in and find your room - water heater is ok, on 1st 5 minutes before you bath ( it takes time to heat up the water ) - tooth brush/ tooth paste, body and hair shampoo, towels , hair dryer WILL BE PROVIDED - outside water dispenser + hot water is there - rooms are clean and small like the picture online ( just nice for us i think , its only for sleeping ) ** rooms are just next to each other...so TRY....to be considerate and speak softly... we can literally hear what is the next room talking about / doing...coz they were SO LOUDDDDDDD *** - next to MTR, sasa, shopping mall and many more - 7 mins walk to the harbor, avenue of stars , Dennis Fire Engine, and many more too hope this helps...

ทำเลดี จะรถไฟฟ้า รถบัส ก็สะดวก ต่อเรือไปมาเก๊าก็ไม่ไกลมาก ใกล้แหล่งของกิน ติดที่ลิฟท์เก่า และเล็ก ถ้าขนของเยอะต้องรอนาน เพราะผู้โดยสารค่อนข้างมาก แต่ระบบโดยสารดี แยกชั้นชัดเจน ห้องพักเล็ก สะอาด แต่ความสะอาดของพื้นที่พักส่วนที่อยู่ในอาคารดูแย่

ขาดตู้เย็นกับตู้เซฟถ้ามีจะเทียบเท่าเลยกับที่พักเจ้าอื่นในตึกเดียวกัน การเดินทางไปมาสะดวกเพราะที่พักอยู่ใก้รถไฟใต้ดินมาก อาหารการกินหาง่าย ใกล้ที่พักมีห้างหลายห้างมาก สะดวกสำหรับนักช้อปที่สุด น้ำไหลแรง แอร์ก็เย็นดีครับ สภาพห้องไม่เล็กจนเกินไป ไวไฟแรงมากครับ รู้สึกพักแล้วปลอดภัย ถ้ามีโอกาสจะพักอีกครับ ส่วนพนักงานบริการไวและยิ้มแย้ม มีไมตรีจิตครับ

อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟแต่แอบน่ากลัว

ที่พักเป็นรูปแบบประมาณอพาร์ทเมนท์ อยุ่ใกล้mtr เดินไม่ถึง 5 นาที มี7-11 ใกล้ๆ ห้าง ย่านการค้าอยู่ใกล้ ร้านค้า ของกิน อยุ่ระแวกนั้นๆเลย แต่ทางเข้าค่อนข้างซับซ้อน หายากและดูน่ากลัวนิดนึง ความสะอาดในห้องพักไม่ได้แย่ แต่สภาพก่อนถึงห้องค่อนข้างแย่ ลิฟท์มีแค่สองตัว ซึ่งแบ่งขึ้นเป็นชั้นคู่กับคี่ ใช้ลิฟท์ข้ามกัมไม่ได้เลยต้องรอลิฟท์ค่อนข้างนาน เนื่องจากปริมาณคนอยู่ในอพาร์ทเมน์ค่อนข้างเยอะ จะติดต่อสตาฟราอนข้างยาก จุดที่เป็นล็อบบี้ไม่ชัดเจน ทำให้เสียเวลาหานานมาก ติดต่อสตาฟยาก โดยเฉพาะช่วงก่อนเช็คเอาท์ จะไม่มีสตาฟประจำที่ล็อบบี้เลย แถมโทรหาไม่มีคนรับสายด้วย ดังนั้นหากคิดจะฝากกระเป๋ากรุณาหาฝากที่อื่น เพราะแม้ทางสตาฟจะแจ้งเรื่องการฝากกระเป๋าไว้ได้ แต่เราไม่สามารถหาสตาฟเพื่อรับฝากเรื่องตอนเช้าได้เลย ปล.ประสบการณ์เหล่านี้คือสิ่งที่เราเจอ ท่านอื่นอาจพบเจอไม่เหมือนกัน รบกวนพิจารณาก่อนใช้คห.ของเราตัดสินใจโดยรวม

Situated at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui

It is easy to find the location as it is situated just 5mins walk from the MTR. Check-in was fast, we need to call via the phone provided only then the staff will assist you with the check-in. For a family of 4, we opted for the quadruple room. Basic neccessity were provided such as toothbrush, towels, soap, hangers etc. The WIFI provided was strong throughout our stay. The washroom is pretty small though. Overall it is acceptable since we spent most of our time outside.

Guesthouse near subway and shopping centres. Tsim Sha Tsui station exit D2 very close. You must to check in at 3fl. I booked single room but they gave a room for 3 persons to me. Bravo!!! very comfortable for me. Enjoy shopping and see sightings around here!!!

坚决不能去，找不到还脏

我的天，对于我们这种旅行达人居然触礁！千辛万苦找到地址，上去压根没有这个酒店门牌和标识，整幢楼谁也不认识谁，根本没人管！最后看到门牌号打电话过去，才来了个菲律宾女人，一脸嫌弃的重新带我们去了另外的楼层！我的天，没有任何宾馆标志！完全是小黑屋的感觉，拿钥匙给我们就不管了，人走了才发现床单被套根本没换！只能将就躺躺，硬海绵床垫让人一晚上起床腰酸背痛，床又极小！后悔省这点小钱了！地理位置是极好的，出门一两百米就是海边了，搭天星小轮到对面中环挺不错！

受付がわかりにくいです。

いつかのゲストハウスを経営してるようで、ビンセントヒルゲストハウスという名前を探すのに苦労しました。 ちなみにこの名前はどこにもかいてありません。 3Ｆのひと部屋に受付があり、そこに書いてある電話番号に電話をして、受付の方が来てから違う階へ案内されました。 リリーガーデンゲストハウスと同じ経営のようでした。 その名前を目指して3Ｆの受付に行くとすぐ分かるのではないかと思います。

The FIlipino staff of the guesthouse who assisted us was good! But our room and the linens need to be improved. There was noise ( sounds like water dripping) coming from the ceiling and it was irritating. The bedsheets are torn and towels are tattered and rough. We almost did not use them but we had no choice. In the other room which my brother's family occupied, torn hand towels were provided instead of bath towels. Liquid soap and shampoo were provided in paper cups instead of dispensers. The room just like all the others in Mirador Mansion is too small. Ours is a Quadruple but is still too small.
